Mailmeteor has made my email routine so much easier. The AI assistant is great at sorting my inbox and even suggests replies in my own style. I love how simple it is to launch campaigns and personalize emails right from Gmail. My productivity and outreach have improved a lot. Highly recommended!

Does what it says, and does it well

I really love using Mailmeteor. I'm new to cold emailing and MM has been so easy to use. My only complaint is I was exploring adding an automated follow-up to a campaign, but 1) the follow up email doesn't get sent within the same thread and 2) the First Name variable in the subject line didn't work for the follow up email (but it worked for the initial email).

I have to do the follow ups manually, which means I'm not able to track the email :( otherwise, love the metrics MM gives!

I am a startup business and what I absolutely love about mailmeteor is that it's so easy to use. I've tried different tools but this one works with Gmail like butter — improved my lead outreach by miles.

So far, so pleasantly good experience using this platform compared to the other ones i was using in my previous company.

It has a fair price, very simple to use, and it was paid off in short time. I work with sales, so it helped me a lot. Still trying different plans, but for most users i think the starter is a good choice. Thanks a lot, it made my work a lor easier. There are things to be fixed- avaiable quota for campaings and email to be shown in a easier way, and sometimes i think bounce shield could be better and the clicks i am not sure are counting corretly.

I am quite satisfied with the service even if the email contact files could be more detailed, and some information is false, particularly regarding email bouncing.

Mailmeteor es un complemento sumamente útil y eficiente. Me resulta maravilloso porque me permite hacer seguimiento detallado de los correos enviados, optimizando mi comunicación profesional. Su interfaz es intuitiva y su integración con Gmail es impecable.

Es una muy buena herramienta de trabajo, tiene algunos detalles (como todo servicio) Sin embargo, es muy buena y cumple con lo que promete según la licencia que compraste.

The tool is not working correctly, and the support team can’t fix it within a week. The support team is terrible—you’ll receive an answer only after 20–40 hours. I even bought the Workplace plan to test this tool, and it’s still not updating replies, even with the PRO plan.

Mailmeteor solved a problem I could no longer reliably solve using a free tool. The ability to mix auto replies when a form submission is completed with other spontaneous campaigns allows me to manage a completed campaign in the ways that best suit my needs.

It is very useful and easy to use. I will note that I wish it updated you on if there is an error when schedule sending. There have been a number of times where my campaign was paused because it needed to reconnect to my email address but never sent a notification. Luckily, I always go check to see if it actually sends,so I've been able to then manually send right away.The other thing is that it sometimes changes the font size after sending the email. Overally great tool

Really easy to use for sending bulk emails, especially for someone with little knowledge on mail merge.

Cada año tengo la necesidad de enviar grandes cantidades de correos a estudiantes para que evalúen a sus docentes, y Mailmeteor es una magnifica herramienta fácil de usar y que permite en el modo gratuito enviar hasta 500 correos simultáneamente desde una base de datos sencilla. Ya la versión de paga, es aún mejor y no hay límite en los envíos.

I've been using Mailmeteor for a couple of months, and I have found it very user-friendly and competitively priced. I love the google office integration so that I can use google sheets and run it through my gmail. If I were to make a suggestion for improvement, it would be to allow changes to the Autopilot settings while a campaign is ongoing.

I'd been using Mailmeteor for a year already, it's really good, simple and very comprehensive.
Good mail merge and intergated with google sheet, flexible enough.
