En fantastisk service og personalet var meget hjælpsomme. BARE GODT

Jeg rejste med en bekendtes datter som ikke var helt tryg ved mig, men personalets imødekommenhed og hjælpsomhed gjorde turen så god og betryggende.

Nice flights, great service, and above all, very kind and professional staff all the way through.

Hvad i alverden foregår der???
Jeg har efterhånden rejst frem og tilbage på job et hav af gange, og hver eneste gang været super tilfreds med Air Greenland.
Men hvad i alverden er det man stiller til rådighed denne gang? Boeing 737-800??? Et afdanket og ældgammelt fly der nærmest ikke burde flyve AAL-CPH, det sætter man ind på AAL-GOH?
I kunne lige så godt have booket os med RyanAir

Familien har stadig ikke hørt fra jer eller set deres kufferter ….

Hvad tænker i på?

I experienced repeated overbooking and schedule changing on my first trip to Greenland. Air Greenland took no responsibility. Extremely frustrating experience!

Convenient flight, on time departure and an efficient, pleasant crew

Yesterday I tried to fly Premium class from Nuuk to Copenhagen. Air Greenland had a sale for around +800 DKK extra relative to economy. A great deal, considering it included a trip home without a sleepover, so I saved the same amount of money not paying for a hotel (No economy tickets had that option) So in other words, I basically got the upgrade for free.

This review is solely based on my premium experience.

Punctuality: The flight was on time today with no delays.

Airport service: There was unfortunately no different service at the airport for Premium passengers. Only when travelling from Copenhagen, you get access to an exclusive lounge. Too bad for me.

Seat: Very good and comfortable! Wide and with a lot of legroom. I had the window seat (5A). There was a box under the seat to the left that kinda blocked some parts of my legroom, but it wasn´t a big issue. I found the leg-rest to not be useful at all, because my legs would never reach it even when it was fully up. The neckrest, nothing extraordinary. I never really found the use for those. Recline was decent. But nothing extraordinary. The good thing however is that you can recline guilt free, since the space between each seat is so large, so it shouldnt bother the passenger behind you. It goes rather down and backwards, if this makes sense.

Temperature: The premium cabin has no air vents. Luckily, the air condition created a comfortable temperature once in the air anyways

Staff: Very basic. Good service, but nothing extraordinary for a Premium class.

Service: As a premium passenger we were given welcome drinks. It was not explained to us what it was, so I just took a chance. Turns out it was apple juice. The other choice was most likely sparkling water. We were also handed hot towels later in the flight

Amenities: As a premium passenger, we were given a pair of Air Greenland basic headphones (the ones you put inside your ear, not headset-type). I was a little disappointed they provided no sleeping mask or socks or anything like that. Just the headphones.

Food: A warm and delicious meal was provided. The quality was amazing! Delicious fresh salmon-salad for apetizer served with fresh bread. Extremely tender meat with pasta. Super delicious. A decent chocolate cake dessert as well as Summerbird chocolate. The food quality was like in a real restaurant, and served on real plates with a real glass. Only downside is how they served it all at once, so you would have to struggle a bit with the space on your plate. Would be great to get served the dishes individually.

Beverages: A selection of free beverages was exclusive for Premium, while economy passengers could also buy them but at a very high cost. I enjoyed real champagne and cashew nuts. Apparently it seems they have no specific limit on how much you can ask for, but they don´t tell you that, so you have to ask them on demand, and I felt a little too shy to order too much free stuff :P

Internet: The wifi is free on Premium but it was extremely show and hopeless. It was almost useless because of the internet speed being so slow. It would be fine for checking emails and reading news. But watching videos or navigating websites with a lot of clicking? Forget about it. Maybe I was unlucky to sit far away from the router. Who knows. But considering it costs 8 USD for economy passengers, it is a rip off...

All in all, I truly enjoyed the trip. The free wifi was the biggest disappointment. The food was the biggest upside. It is obviously not worth paying an extra 4000 DKK to upgrade to Premium for just a 4-5 hour flight. But if you get a good deal like me, where it can save you money for not paying a hotel, I will say it is definitely good value!

God og venlig service ombord, kn nemt måle sig med andre operatører på ruter til Grønland, navnlig SAS.

Inden jeg nåede at handle på aflysningen af flyet, for at indhente oplysninger for snarest næste afgang, fik jeg SMS, kort tid efter, at jeg allerede var blevet booket til næste afgang, som ville ske inden for de næste tre timer.
Jeg skulle nemlig kun afholde en eksamination i destinations stedet og vende tilbage til hjembyen straks. Eksaminationen blev afholdt til tiden :)

Booked a connected flight to Qaqortoq from Copenhagen - first part to Nuuk went well (this time) but must stay in Nuuk because the trip to Qaqortoq was cancelled/moved till next day. The stay in Nuuk ment we had to wait several hours to get hotel room, the dinner voucher didn’t cover the price of a simple meal, and we had to get up at 4 o’clock in the morning next day to move on.
Shit happens in Greenland but Air Greenland knew in advance that the new airport in Qaqortoq was not properly manned and that Sundays would be difficult.

Efter en afbrudt landing i Nuuk, måtte flyet returnere til København.
Det var svært at få de informationer jeg skulle bruge, jeg var træt og også ved at være lidt gnaven.
Men så kom jeg til at tale med Gunna.
Gunna løste alle mine udfordringer og jeg blev helt varm i sjælen.
Gunna redde min dag!

Fint selskab, hvis alt går efter planen. Men ved forsinkelser og ombooking er du meget dårlig stillet. Manglende hotelværelser i Nuuk, dårlig og mangelfuld information, madbilletter, som skulle komme digitalt med udebliver, en lufthavn, hvor det hverken er muligt at købe mad eller en kop kaffe og da den ligger ude i ingenting, kræver det en taxa.

Det føles som meget godt flyve tur. Meget gode service.

Everything was fine. The flight was on time and the staff was kind.

Super godt luftfartsselskab.
Air Greenlands Airbus er et meget lækkert fly, flyver næsten støjfrit og indeklimaet er perfekt.
Servicen ombord super. Servering af drikkelse, snack og et måltid mad er incl. billetprisen på økonomiklassen.
Kabinepersonalet er meget servicemindet.
Alt i alt super oplevelse.
