Ordered a Barbour jumper yesterday at 16.00 and it arrived at 11.30am this morning. Excellent service.

Positive customer service following a returns that MA Griggs helpfully adjusted for me following a discussion.

Very quick delivery and product is great.

The last four trips were disastrous, no staff to ask questions, when you do walk round and spot one they are at best snippy as if they are doing you the favour. I requested to see a tile that I saw the week prior not there I was told to ring on Monday. On the Monday over the phone I requested the salesman who knew we wanted to see the tile to make them available. We arrived & it was like watching idiots, he had done nothing didn't know where the tiles were & never returned our request to know he had found them, why bother?

Fast delivery. Outstanding customer service - i had a sizing issue that got resolved without hassle.

I have been after this Barbour Trench coat for some time but unable to locate my size. By chance I found MA Griggs and the price was considerably less than the big stores. Ordering was very easy and free delivery which is a bonus these days. The coat arrived within 48 hours tracked by Royal Mail. Packaging was exceptional. Well done you have restored my faith in online ordering. Thank you

Christmas gift item bought online. When recipient opened on Christmas day the item still had the security tag attached making the item unusable. Contacted the store who advised the item would need to be returned to the store. Really disappointed that I now have the inconvenience of having to collect item from recipient, organise to return and wait for a replacement to be sent. I have requested a full refund as it is too much of a faff on to expect the recipient of the gift to wait for this process to be undertaken. Replacement item will be purchased else where. Customer service while apologetic, extremely underwhelming. Would certainly not recommend.
Edited to add- the opportunity to resolve the situation should have taken place when I rang to advise of the security tag been left on the gift. While I'm aware that errors happen it is how they are resolved that shows the quality of a company. Anyway item had been posted back (as suspected a total inconvenience and unnecessarily time wasted) and same item purchased from a different company for delivery today.

Ordered previously from an online company who let me down terribly. After three weeks admitted parcel lost. Ordered again from Griggs and delivered next day . Product service cost all exceptional . Think twice before ordering from online companies who only pass your order on and choose ones like Griggs who actually have the stock and can deliver promptly

Absolutely awful,we ordered timber posts for delivery,2 posts at 100mm x 100mm x 3000mm long,we had a wrong size post delivered,I called to explain this and was told it was an error and it would be sorted and our correct delivery would be out today ( which was Friday) nothing turned up,I emailed Magrigg and was ignored.On Monday,we had another post delivered,again wrong size completely and no use to us,so,we have paid for something that is no use to us,emails are being ignored by “ customer service” I cannot get my money back,cannot get a response from Magriggs either,so am not really very happy at all, obviously we would never even think of using this company again. I wish we had read the reviews in here before ordering,then I would not of bothered.We have a job to complete,and now cannot,because Magrigg cannot or will not delivery what you have ordered,and paid for ! ! You have been warned,use this company at your risk.

Ordered from these guys a few times. Pricing is excellent, a Jumper was about £25 cheaper than John Lewis. Item arrived in a few days fully tracked and free delivery. Spot on.

Excellent experience with this company. Bought boots which looked a different colour from website.spoke to the lovely lady at customer service, couldn't be more helpful. Easy returns and quick refund.

I've purchased boots from this company before which was all fine, but I recently ordered a bowl and it was used/full of scratches (most likely an ex-display). Currently speaking to them about returning for a refund, hopefully it goes well. Would avoid in future.

Really impressed. First time using Griggs and will use again. Ordered two pairs of shoes, one at a great price, they are such a good fit and really happy with them. I returned the other pair and the return process was so easy with doorstep collection and refund within a few days.

Ordered a ussn polo quarter zip 2 days ago , had only just received an email at 10 am - when the item should have been delivered today as I requested 1-2 day shipping - that the original item is no longer in stock . Absolute mess of a store . Instantly refunded my money on the invoice however won’t be receiving that in time for my brother’s birthday to get him another gift. Thanks Griggs ! I just can’t fathom how I wasn’t notified sooner , I had ordered some AirPods at same time from John Lewis - had the exact same thing happen with stock however they had notified me 45 minutes after purchase that the item was no longer available . Rather than a day and a half on day the item was said to be shipped . Honestly appalled , first time using this store - never again !

Excellent customer service.
I requested for an exchange online, packed it up with returns label and took it to DPD dropoff. A week later no emails or notifications about my exchange, tried to track my parcel via DPD website but couldn't find anything. (I started to worry)
Called up Griggs customer service to explain and the lady I spoke to manage to find that the parcel was dropped off at x date and it was still sitting at the DPD drop off point. She arranged for my exchange request and I received it the next day or two. She told me she would contact DPD about the parcel and I didn't have to do anything.

Firstly, how is the disgusting opinions of Bugaboo allowed to remain on trustpilot. He isn't giving a review just a personal attack. I've reported him hope others do.
Anyway back to my review, ordered a pair of boots, arrived the following day in perfect new condition. Unfortunately the wrong size so a quick phone call to a lovely lady in returns and I had a label to return free of charge. Sent back and within 3 days my new pair arrived. You can't get better service than that. Will continue to use Griggs and recommend to friends and family.

Top service from Griggs when ordering a pair of Skechers "Slip-In" ankle boots for my wife. Ordered on a Monday and delivered the following day, nothing surprising in that you may think except for the fact it was to the Highlands of Scotland!! We are treated as "pariahs" living so far North by a lot of companies who trade online when it comes to delivery, often at extortionate cost if at all, but for griggs to dispatch and deliver in less than 24hrs from 1 end of the UK to the other gets our full praise, we'll be back for sure.
