My kitchen refit was completed to the highest standard by Richard Swain and Steven Barrett,they were very professional and were very informative every step of the way.which made the process so much easier.Nothing was ever a bother for them,if I had a question they knew the Answer. Magna should be proud to have the pair of them in their employment.

Just had a kitchen replaced and Richard Swain and Steven Barett who have been carrying out the work have been absolutely brilliant.

If it hadn't been for them the score would have been a 2 as the organisation and communication from above was extremely poor but these two guys have been exceptional, have done a super job and have dealt with all the issues that have cropped up along the way in a calm and professional manner.

They are both a credit to the company.

New shower bar fitted and new flush fitted on the bathroom toilet. The plumber did an excellent job.

Had our electrical work completed by Leigh, very courteous, clean and tidy. Really good tradesman, someone to look after.
Replaced our extractor fan in the bathroom and now we no longer have wet walls after showering, amazing.

Every time that I have contacted Magna by email or live chat I have very helpful and pleasant staff get back to me. This time was no exception.

The man I spoke to was really helpful. He was patient and kind and solved a complex problem. Left me feeling confident to contact the service again in the future.

Front window and bedroom window collapsed concrete lucky my child was out of his bed! Was told by worker I would of been attending a funeral. First reported March 2024. Work was ment to be done before moving in all windows have blown can't see out of them mould around them all as they are so damp. They have put wood around the window to hold them up and have told me they will be out in 7 months time to repair my son is autistic and is terrified to sleep in his room as he thinks it will fall again and they don't have a care in the world. They don't care about asb had restraining order on next door neighbour for kicking me in the side of the head and causing me to have multiple seizures and they left me to live there for 2 year until they moved me into this house that is falling down. They tell you someone will be contact with you to keep you quiet you call up again and they tell you again someone will be in contact, and never get anywhere have been asking for housing officer to call me I get told she will call me in the next week or 2 and it's been 4 months.

The money matters team, especially Zoe, has helped me get my life back on track, after a very difficult 18 months or so. Zoe and Paula also helped me move into my own place in October of last year, but had been helping me for at least 16 months before that. Zoe helped me claim all the benefits I was entitled to and is still helping me now. I can't thank them enough. It made a very stressful situation a bit easier.

Struggling, like many with my energy bills, I contacted the lovely Zoe at Magna. She helped me out enormously. Brilliant customer service. Thank you. 5 stars.
