Excellent response time
First response generic with a wait time up to 20 days.
Contacted a named person and received an immediate suitable response. Followed by a follow up from a different dept. All within 20 minutes. This person will be passing on the information to the legal dept. I now have to wait to hear from them, hopefully that too will be quickly dealt with from the legal dept.

Great service from Magna Electrition
The election named Seb was fantastic. He was polite, on time and extremely fast at replacing the new shower. He went out of his way to show me how to switch on the new and very complex heating system. The work was efficient, fast, and Seb was very polite and professional. I am very pleased with Seb and Magna Housing. They fixed the problem on the same day I phoned.

He spent no time in the property and…
He spent no time in the property and left quickly without doing anything? The boiler vibrates! So it means my wife or I have to the sink hot tap turn it on for few seconds then turn off ? This has been going on for quite awhile now. It was fixed till we had a service to the boiler, in which something in the boiler was altered! It has not been right since !!

Yes the gate is now safe with two bolts…
Yes the gate is now safe with two bolts I have been told that there are posts to be repaired as next door took the panels off his fence but did damage to the posts have to be repaired so then I can lock the gate still don’t feel safe about it all. Thank you Gillian Judd

My boiler stopped working over the…
My boiler stopped working over the weekend in spite of being serviced 12 days ago. I am very stressed about this and contacted Magna immediately on Monday morning by phone. Rachelle dealt with me brilliantly - understanding the problem & maintained a helpful & friendly manner. Thank you!
