Magica Arvostelua 

Magica has become one of my strongest tools. If my prompts are too loosey goosey, Magica will often ask questions to clarify the task at hand. It's like having an assistant with an incredible memory!

I have been using Magica for over a year and upgraded to their lifetime access. I mostly use it to generate documents, and it saves me days! My work production is up 300%, and while I burn through credits, it is worth it. I have Magica saved on my bookmark bar, and I click and go. I am a novice AI user, but having Magica allows me to give it a task and let Magica find the best AI tool to get it done.

Really love using Magica. I'm a high school History teacher who teaches multiple AP and gen ed courses. I can enter something in Magica and ask a prompt, and it will generate a lesson plan for both classes very quickly. I can also enter a worksheet, and it will change and help create a new one based on my students' needs. Definitely recommend

I signed up for a lifetime deal when it was Galaxy AI. You were able to get credits each day plus 15M each month, select which LLM you wanted to use, and easily navigate the 2K+ different AI tools. Now, you get 15M credits once per month, you burn through them like a match in the wind, especially if you create a lot of content, and you are forced to go with whatever model they choose for you.
The only difference is that you can choose between "automatically choosing the right one for you" or "a super smart one for complex taxes."
If you generate images or videos, the monthly credits are laughable.
The basic one is ridiculously stupid for any kind of task. It can't adhere to your instructions without having to repeat them, and each time it takes more credits from you.
I'm not sure what the "I" in AI stands for with Magica, but it doesn't feel like it stands for intelligence.
They customer services is equally bad, borderline rude, and oftentimes not even helpful.
I probably consider this a bad investment in a lifetime deal because once I'm done with my credits, I will sign up for a reputable AI tool.

I like the service. I use a lot of AI so having a spot to use SOTA ai models is a good service for me. I like the fact you can use the LLMs or other audio and video models directly in their tools section.

My experience with GalaxyAI/Magica has been extremely frustrating. Access and features I had already purchased disappeared or became unavailable, while my paid credits or tokens depleted far more quickly than expected.

Canceling the subscription was unnecessarily difficult, and repeated attempts to get help from customer support received no meaningful response. A company selling ongoing subscriptions and digital credits should provide clear billing, reliable access to purchased features, and responsive support. GalaxyAI/Magica failed on all three.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this service. Do not spend money here unless you are prepared to lose access, burn through credits rapidly, struggle to cancel, and receive little or no assistance when something goes wrong.

I purchased the pay in full experience, but it is hard to use the small amount of tokens given per month. I miss the small free credits they offered for daily checkins. The site can be difficult to navigate until using constantly. Otherwise, the programs produce perfect AI outcomes that i am happy with!

very good, i like magica because it has every type of ai and i get alot of credits, so i can generetare very much pictures, its very good and useful for pretty much everything, big recommend seriously. come on!! go ahead and register an account its very damn good!

Magica is super easy to use. It is one of the most thorough AI programs out there. I dont have to ask it 50 times to do what I am asking. It also doesn't change things that should not be changed... example, Open ai, I have a picture and I ask it to add a sentence, and it ends up adding the sentence but also changes the color of the wall. I never said to change the color of the wall. it is so frustrating. Magica does not do that. very refreshing because that is one of the most frustrating things to have happen. I own my own business and Magica makes it so easy to create flyers, content and facebook posts for the business.

My experience with Magica.ai has been extremely positive and refreshing. From the moment I started using the platform, it felt like exactly what I had been searching for in AI software. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, making it simple to get started without a steep learning curve. What really stands out is its efficiency and accuracy—it consistently delivers high-quality results that save both time and effort. Whether for creative projects or everyday tasks, Magica.ai proves to be reliable and versatile. Overall, it’s a powerful tool that meets my expectations and continues to exceed them with every use.

I have used multiple AI tools and none of them come close to being able to handle the tasks and solve my problems like Magica has. It’s a simple setup and allows for you to be able to have all the tools you would ever need all in one spot. As an educator and football coach, it has saved me HOURS of time in my week and has helped me become more efficient in my job and with my daily tasks. The data analysis it provides has helped me to dive deeper and find better solutions to the problems I have to deal with and cleans it all up to provide easy to read outputs. I’ve even started trying to build simple apps and dashboards which I would never have been able to do on my own and again have simplified and streamlined jobs and processes that have taken me hours to complete in the past. I cannot recommend this enough to people who have tried one or multiple AI agents because it has all of them in one place and gives you the tools you need to be successful in whatever tasks you need help accomplishing.

Magica AI has turned out to be a solid addition to my workflow. While the early stages felt a bit rocky with constant bugs and execution issues, the developers deserve credit for how actively they've polished the platform.

The overall functionality and responsiveness are vastly improved today.

What Stands Out

Model Reasoning Transparency: My favorite feature is being able to see the model’s internal reasoning step-by-step as it processes a prompt. It pulls back the curtain on how the engine interprets instructions, which has been wildly effective for prompt engineering and refining my inputs.

Intuitive Interface: Navigation is straightforward and low-friction, making it easy to jump straight into work without fighting the UI.

The Main Downside

Opaque Credit Usage: My biggest complaint is the credit calculation system. The burn rate feels arbitrary. (It could just be a lack of my understanding) I will run what seems like a standard, lightweight text request and lose a chunk of credits, only to perform a multi-step or visual generation task that burns far less than expected. The lack of a clear breakdown for token overhead, context retention, or backend model switching leaves credit consumption feeling unpredictable.

Despite the confusing credit mechanics, the performance improvements and transparent reasoning output make Magica AI a tool I consistently rely on.

Ever since the change from Galaxi.ai to Magica, the performance has taken a huge nose dive in my opinion. I will not be renewing and am extremely disappointed. Trying to create a simple banner, it couldn't even create READABLE TEXT, the most basic of requests! And it took FOREVER TO DO THIS and I have millions of credits banked!

In my minimal use of AI tools, Magica was in my Facebook feed and I was curious. I have been a member ever since. When ever I don't like what Magica gave me for an image for my t-shirt business, the AI tools came back with my vision the second attempt. Once in a blue moon we don't understand each other. But I am learning this awesome tool so, You will be happy you signed up.

Completely ruined the experience once they switched from Galaxy to Magica. The dusty agent hallucinates, creates whatever it wants, doesn´t follow the prompts,generates gazillion text logs I HAVE NO TIME to read and steals MILLIONS of credits for things I used to spend maybe 100k.

I have a lifetime membership. Unopened 4 tickets in November and December. 2025 and to date have not received a single reply from them. The current state of the app is unusable. No matter what prompt I try for image generation. It says I violated a rule. Use pollo.ai it's much better

Great for small to medium businesses. Helps with tough image, video, email and other projects. Can take your general email blah and make it sound much more professional!

I love this app. I got it to create videos for my business and once in, I found out it does so much more. I am using it to build a complete marketing program and automations. It's saving me so much time and creating a way to keep me in the field without worrying about hours lost doing tasks that it handles with ease. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for simple creative to in-depth automations for their business.

It made me think like a filmmaker... But also... the inspiring filmmaker that knows how to drive everyone insane in my community. I've learned something about cinematic with my top-notch Sora-like videos. I cannot wait for more things to come. Hands down! 🙌

Ok people, you might have seen some of the many fake five star reviews that Magica pays people to write (its not a myth, they do offer people 15m free credits to leave glowing reviews) but here is the truth... since the forced transition from Galaxy A.i to Magica (about two months ago), the platform has become 95% useless, most of the features and options that Galaxy had have been stripped away, the ones that remain are lousy. You are now forced to use the most expensive version for all chats; video and audio generations and said generations are slow, expensive and often totally inaccurate.

Just simple chats can now eat through millions of credits, image generation is surprisingly expensive and video, forget it, your credits will be used up after just a few generations. And its not only when you click ‘generate’ that you get charged. I was noticing credits being taken away just for logging in and switching between pages, failed and false generations are also charged, some chats are charging 2m credits per response, are you kidding me!!

I had a bad feeling about it when the switch from A.i Galaxy to Magica happened but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, sadly my worst fears have all been realised.

Also there is pretty much no customer service, when my account inexplicably stopped working, I contacted customer service countless times but soon learned it doesn’t exist! It’s 100% A.i and its clueless, its gives generic and worthless answers that mean nothing.
I genuinely mourn the loss of A.i Galaxy, it was a beautiful platform that worked brilliantly, this sad sorry imposter they call “magica” is a waste of time and money.

Finally, do not allow them to steal your money, you can and should cancel direct debit agreements with your bank or ask the bank to do a chargeback, this company is fraudulent and dishonest and I suspect they won’t be around much longer given their current business practices.
