Good product at a good price

The wheel that I wanted was at a good price and eady to find. It was dispatched on time and arrived when expected, well packaged and in good condition. Would definitely recommend Madspeed for bike part purchases.

Great Service and Great Wheel

Had many questions regarding the wheel and its compatibility and they were answered clearly and promptly. Wheel itself is a night and day upgrade to my existing one and so far it has been serving me well with it being true and dished. No complaints.

Wheels ok but should have been better centred

Wheels appear good quality however they were not perfectly symmetrical and I had to use slight adjustment on spokes (both wheels) to ensure that wheels turned freely without rubbing on brakes. A little more attention to getting this detail accurate would have earned you 5 stars.

Hello,

Thank you for your review.

We are sorry to hear that the wheels were slightly out of true. We are very meticulous and always make sure our wheels are built to a very high standard. We normally aim for 0.5mm accuracy when building and truing our wheels.

We can only suspect that the package must have taken a knock in transit which caused the wheels to go out of true slightly.

We are pleased to hear that you managed to resolve the issue and we hope you enjoy your new wheels.

Kind regards

Wheels appear well made

Wheels appear well made, and after first 60 miles all is good. One of the few places to get a set with QR at the back and thru axle at the front that match. The rim is not eyeletted - the pictures suggested it might be. Time will tell how robust it is - I commute about 4k miles per year, so give wheels a hard time, and wanted robustness rather than speed.

I had no idea what i needed for a replacement wheel , the guys at Wheelhut gave me great advice , they looked up my bike for the specs and all the options i had for a replacement wheel . Several emails later i placed my order and 24hrs later my wheel and tyre arrived, there customer service 5 stars , quick delivery 5 stars and a discount on the price of my package. Highly recommend Wheelhut for service , value , choice of products and most of all customer care.
