Madspeed7 Arvostelua

Good wheels and very helpful customer service

Unfortunately, the original wheelset arrived with play in the rear hub, which meant I had to return both wheels for replacement. Madspeed were very helpful throughout and arranged a replacement wheelset without any fuss.

The replacement wheels appear to be fine, although I haven't had the opportunity to ride them properly yet.

A frustrating start, but good customer service and a company willing to put things right.

Excellent product at reasonable price and great delivery

Dispatched same day
Fitted tight 700c tyres to rim free of charge

Stocks the stuff others don't, good value, very prompt service. The rotor even came fitted on the wheel.

It’s a great wheel well made and is working great on my boardman mtb it wasn’t ease to Match spindle size but this wheel fits perfectly. I’m back on the bike and very pleased than you

Very good wheels, quite hard to fit a normal tyres on the tubeless ready ones. The delivery was extremely fast received the day after purchase!

Super speedy delivery, and seems like really good quality.

Really reasonable set of wheels - bought a set a few years ago as a stop gap alternative - all the build quality looks much better - very pleased!

Delivery was good. Wheels were well protected.

Excellent product, prompt delivery as usual. Very happy customer

The wheels arrived quickly and I was surprised by the quality!

i like there delivery nice packaging and quick, and they respond quick too unlike others, i definitely will order from here again

Great service, fast response and quick delivery.
Just as ordered

New wheel arrived within 2 days of ordering. Nice wheel, really smooth and the bonus was the drake disc was already fitted.

Very good. I needed to replace the front wheel of my rare e-bike, sent them all the info I could find, they double-checked to make sure they could advise me properly, then mailed me their available options. I picked one, which was then promptly dispatched, very carefully and safely packaged. Of course, it fits.
One tip for them: the box also contained an axle and a wheel ribbon, which I did not order (or need). They could have asked about that, too.
Good product, good communication, quick service, but I did not need the extras. Still, would buy from them again.

They were very helpful in finding me what I needed for my bike, however would of been easier talking to a person over the phone for that more personal touch rather than bouncing emails back and forth but other than that all is good

Easy to use website, quick delivery, good value.

Easy website to find what I wanted. They had what I wanted marked as in stock and it was in stock. Unlike some other sites marked as in stock but once you've paid you get a message saying out of stock. Good delivery times, undamaged. Spot on. Good well made cassette, as good as Shimano

quality great price well packaged
