Mad About Specs Arvostelua

Amazed by the standard of service from this company!

I reported a warranty issue with my glasses on Friday, sent them back the same day and had new lenses fitted the Saturday, and posted back to me the same day!

Really helpful and friendly staff who will go out of their way to help, Nuno was great and went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t without my specs for any longer than needed.

Very happy customer, well done :)

I loved the glasses and the try on at home experience. I ordered two pairs and the first was dispatched just over a week after ordering, however the second pair took a lot longer and I needed to chase a couple of times for updates. I would order again but build in the wait time. Communication could have been a bit better.

Great customer service with regular updates.

Great sunglasses and excellent service from Mad About Specs!

Great original designs, and being able to try them out is excellent. I had to have my frame lensed and set up by my optician, but have have various compliments on it since!

The process of ordering glasses online appeared to be straightforward, I chose my frames, provided my prescription and chose my lens options. Six weeks and many emails later I still do not have my glasses, nor are they in production. The product seems great but the customer service is severely lacking.

Good frames and very helpful customer service, but ultimately their lab is not fastidious to customer requirements and their attention to detail is frankly lacking.

Good Customer service on answering my questions about prescription.

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and the entire process was easy and done really well. The glasses are spot on and I am very happy. I would definitely use Mad About Specs again.

Truly excellent service. I called and spoke to someone straight away without waiting. Charming service and a nothing is a problem attitude. A great company with great glasses. Highly recommend! Thanks

Excellent. What you see is what you get. Stylish, good quality frames and lenses with top notch customer service and swift delivery. Such a rare pleasure in this day and age. Highly recommend.

Really happy with my sunglasses. They were very easy to communicate with and were able to deal with my high prescription where other similar websites could not.

I didn’t realise how blind I was and these frames are gorgeous ! The free trial came really quickly and big shout out to Gaizka for answering any questions I had really quickly as these are my first pair of glasses

Great service so helpful and responsive and wonderful glasses which fit perfectly. Will be ordering again and recommending! Such reasonable pricing for a great quality product and so easy to do. Thank you 😊

Good service, good glasses, good all-round.

Absolutely fantastic service, nice and quick and reasonable prices,

Really easy and so much better than going to a store and finding you like none of the designs.

Fantastic service, professional and informed!

Would 100% use again.

Ordering was easy, any questions were quickly answered by the team, and they arrived in the expected time frame.

This is the first time I've ordered glasses online so I was a bit nervous, but the glasses are perfect and there are no issues with the lenses at all. Everything is really well made, and I will definitely be ordering again!

Quick service, good communication and decent choice of specs.
