Mad About Specs Arvostelua

I bought some glasses from this website, they were the wrong frames but the right prescription. I contacted them to let them know and have never received a reply

Good online experience, prompt delivery of glasses to try at home and helpful feedback from staff via email. Although the glasses took slightly longer than expected to arrive I don't think I've ever been as happy with how a pair of glasses look or feel (and I've been wearing glasses for 35 years).
I would definitely recommend Mad About Specs and I will be using them again.

Fantastic experience with mad about specs. I would definitely use again and think they're much better value for money than the High Street opticians. I've recommended it to a few people who were also very happy with them.

Great product, excellent discount offer given. Thanks.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. So pleased with my glasses. Great quality, excellent price. Great communication throughout, from dispatch of my Home Trial, to dispatch if my actual glasses. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone :)

Staff were Friendly and helpful, always happy to offer advice. Dispatch time was a little longer than I had hoped for. Glasses arrived in high quality case, and very impressed so far.

Great service. Love my new specs x

I rarely write reviews but with such a significant purchase like prescription glasses, and being so happy with the actual glasses themselves I felt I had to. I did 3 home try ons ordered on the same day - Mad About Specs, Bloom and Ace & Tate. The others were a little bit more swish with their packaging, but slower in delivery. While the experience of the site and presentation on delivery of the others - from a warm fluffy ‘I feel special’ perspective - was nice to have at home, the truth is I liked the frames better from Mad About Specs (the others may have had a better shot if they’d have what I wanted available).

Love my glasses, HD whatever extra is a game changer for vision (if not changed my lenses for 3 years or more!) and the blue light protection makes me feel like I’m taking care of my eyes a little more. Worth the money.

With a little bit of work on the branding, site UX and customer email flows, and maintaining availability of options to try may help this brand on their journey. But regardless, I’m happy to stick with them for a future order!

CANT EVEN BELIEVE I WANNA BUY ANOTHER PAIR! BUT I DO!

Perfect fit, the glasses are high quality, the blue filter lenses are doing a great job in protecting my eyes.
Thank you for taking care of my vision :)!

Absolutely love my new tortoise shell glasses. They are so lightweight and comfortable and I no longer have headaches at work! Thank you so much 😃xxx

Just received my first order from mad about specs and very pleased, the specs are as advertised, fit well so I’m really pleased.

I'm really happy with my new glasses. The customer service has been great and they arrived really quickly. Will order here again.

Absolutely brilliant service, I can't recommend them highly enough. I love my glasses and will be ordering all pairs here in the future.
Thank you

Great glasses, great service

Good service, cool glasses and an easy to use website.

Great service and quick and at a fraction of the cost ! Love my glasses and prescription sunglasses !

Hey! I’m not usually one to leave reviews to be honest- but WOW. I am so so happy with my glasses. I wish I had found your website earlier. I absolutely love the whole idea of trying lenses at home, sending prescription in and having my own personalised glasses. And the customer service and team is absolutely amazing - literally couldn’t ask for anything more.
Thanks so much and have a nice day!

Very efficient post system and good range of specs. Pleased with my order.

Great service! Free trial of 4 pairs arrived very quickly, i then received a great discount and ordered 2 pairs in my prescription. They arrived very quickly too. Would definitely use again.

Brilliant service Mad About Specs. From the beginning, choosing my frames to receiving my lovely specs in the post (beautifully packaged) I couldn’t be happier.
