Nantgarw Macdonalds, chips were cold and other food Luke warm , restaurant was cold, had to sk for salt, tables weren’t cleaned, will never go there again

Absolutely useless, what's the point of ordering on the app if they don't put half the order in the bag, to then have to drive to the store to complain because complaining on the app is a total waste of time, this isn't the 1st time they've made mistakes. I will no longer be using this branch, infact I will no longer be using macdonalds at all !!!!

Absolutely disgraceful service, waiting time and food! On arrival to drive thru, I told the guy serving that my order was wrong. I had ordered two extra hash browns, he said it was right. I was asked to park up in bay 1. Bay 1 had a cone there so I parked in bay 2. I waited 15 minutes! I went inside and my order still wasn't ready, finally after a few more minutes, my order was ready. It was missing a hash brown. A woman serving got me an extra hash brown. The food was cold and the double sausage and egg had been literally thrown together, the patties was all over the place and wrapper soaked in grease. I asked to see the manager. The manager agreed the hash browns was cold and the sausage and egg shouldn't have been presented the way that it had been. She offered to redo the order herself and t be fair she did a good job. I said head office need to supply you with more staff. I said it seems like home delivery orders are prioritised over customers that actually come to the resteraunt. She assured me that wasn't the case. She said when they say anything to head office, they just get shouted and get told to deal with it. This is disgraceful. Macdonalds billion pound industry! That cuts back penny pinching!

Same as always at Kingswinford branch not enough staff wait for order and never correct but can’t check with drive through afterwards.

Slow cold food, dirty place and full of feral out of control teenagers throwing sauce at each other in between threatening to punch each other.
Needs a kick up the backside and definitely needs security, disgraceful.

Food a Christchurch store was cold and the carbord lids for cups are rubbish started to fall apart when drinking tea went all over me and why dose the milk shake not working always a problem

9 o’clock in the morning Restaurant quiet state of disabled toilets absolutely disgusting. Blood on seat paper on floor empty water bottle on floor stinks. Manager largely uninterested.

I went to shoreham mc Donald’s the other day food was cold chips and burger didn’t take it back as I was in a rush couldn’t wait for it to be cooked . I will not ever be having a mc Donald's again .

Placed an order on the app for a double quarter pounder with cheese. It deducted 5500 points from my rewards I got nothing. I then used the machine inside Highbridge retail park in Waltham Abbey scanned the qr code it registered my order. I added a coke zero medium. It printed a receipt for the coke zero which I received. No double quarter pounder with cheese received. After two hours I gave up and contacted samaritans it was giving me mental health problems

Ordered hamburgers to find there was no sauce onion pickle or anything in it but dry bread!! Contacted Odsal macdonalds bradford to have the phone put down when explaining what quality the food was!!! I tried to ring for over five hours with no response,, No help total rip off and will not be going to macdonalds again !!!

McDonald's belle valle in Liverpool absolutely sad service had issues whit another McDonald's in town and customer services sent vouchers as complementary so today when this McDonald's and they to order meal as free as .....guest wait staff rude just replay I don't know how to work whit app turn their back and ignored me ...I did as for a manager come Janet and she said was not able to help me was offer was not in this restaurant ..... just ask are you for real ????!!!! How stupid macdonals staff are ?

McDonald’s Stafford - nr Aldi. Takeaway- no sauce provided after asking, 2 portions of fries soggy, cold and inedible. No receipt with food bags so can’t even phone and complain. A £25 rip-off.

Terrible terrible terrible no sauces delivered yet AGAIN THATS BEEN 5 times called Irvine branch 15 times AGAIN but no answer yet AGAIN AWFUL SERVICE 🤷‍♀️ think the manager needs more training in customer service terrible terrible terrible service so frustrating

Tankersley Barnsley MacDonalds delivery using Just eat at 11.30pm when quiet...food was cold & milkshake melted...literally just down the road..utter waste of money..never again..never again. I'm extremely local to the restaurant as I'm in Tankersley & at busy, peak times you could understand it, but not at the delivery time of 11.55pm.

They still owe me 4 a meal the got really wrong last time. And this time this evening they got it majorly wrong with my sons happy meal. They didn't even tell me they were out of toy dinosaurs in there happy meal?so they just put in a minnon small metal case instead and thpught? I no what let's not tell the customer and they will b fine with it? Well not me my son who is autistic loves dinosaurs and when he saw there wasn't a cuddly dinosaur in his happy meal he got very upset. And too make it experience even worse was the attitude of this little young boy who took my order and my money. He was so rude and obnoxious towards me and misabable. The thing is this mac Donald's in Bridgwater town is not making the odd mistake they r making lots of mistakes one after the other. It's becoming a very poor run down messing mac Donald's. Takeaways aways aren't cheap anymore and 4 what u get is disgusting and appalling and if it wasn't 4 my autistic son liking it mac ds I would never go there again. And it's most definitely not value 4 money that's 4 sure. And first thing Monday morning I'm ringing mac ds head office. Enough is enough they need a kick up there ass. Because the food and quality and service is crap and some of the attitude of the staff is appalling and disgusting. And once I speak to the head of the office I won't b just getting a replacement meal and happy meal. I will b seeking a compensation from them.

Went to MacDonald in Stretford Greater Manchester and placed an order. I got home and the fries were cold. I went to make a complaint Macdonald. I could only get the Virtual assistant its U/less. I notice lines of orders waiting to go out they were still there when I left. Lots of cold food tonight in Manchester

We placed an order this evening. When it was delivered one item was missing. We called to report it and were told the system would not allow either a refund or the item to be delivered later. So they’ve taken the money and breached contract. Not only is that inconvenient it is wilfully illegal. I informed the call centre person of thst and she said she ‘recognised it would be frustrating’. It’s not frustrating. I repeat, it is deliberately illegal. And disgusting.
