Ignorant staff. Given the wrong order. Cold fries. Very weak coffee. Complete rubbish.
This was once the best Macdonald's in Bolton.
I will not be visiting Macdonald's again.

Macdonalds burger site 2 minutes drive from premier inn site portsmouth nearest brittany ferry terminal. This cafe us 24 hour service. We visited 0700hrs sunday 5.7.26. Service was POOR and slow. Felt sorry for staff who said only 3 on duty doing their best. The food bought included a potato fritter which seemed fattier than any bought before as if oil not hot enough.not recommended

Jeg var i dag på McDonald’s hvor en vis medarbejder jeg tror han var omkring 15 års alderen opførte sig møg forkælet og talte ekstremt pænt jeg sætter mine håndflader på disk og derefter kommer han hen til mig og siger at jeg skal være venlig ikke at slå på disken jeg fortæller ham derefter at jeg ikke har slået på disken hvorefter han ruller øjne af mig og vi skal i landet efter mig uden jeg når at høre det giver han mig kvittering på en meget aggressiv måde og ruller igen og en af mig det her var en rigtig ubehagelig oplevelse og jeg håber ikke at andre skal udsættes for den samme behandling som jeg i dag har fået det skete i McDonald’s Friheden og jeg håber virkelig at I vil tage dette her til efterretning medarbejderenhed Gustav og som sagt håber jeg virkelig i vil tage en grundig snak med ham

Mcdonalds Congleton,Well what can I say,CRAP,3 customers and 2 cars in the drive through,plus 7 deliveroo,just eats etc drivers queued up.ordered my food from the touch screen for table sevice,payment screen didnt work,went to counter,paid,waited OVER 20 minutes,then checked the board and my order wasn't even on there,asked where my order was,response,oh we're making it now,ye right,🤣🤣🤣,truth is,it had been made and forgotten,the food arrived as soon as I sat down from complaining,it was cold and unappealing,MCDONALDS IS CRAP,the coke and sprite were FLAT AND WARM,no fix and no ice.when I complained and asked for fresh food,I was told id have to return the crap theyd served and then reorder it, the managers attitude stank,telling me it WAS MY FAULT it wasnt hot as we are very busy,do you want the food or not,as they wont remake it,my 7yo granddaughter said can we NOT COME HERE AGAIN,oh as far as BUSY goes,BUSY,3 customers inside and 2 in the drive through,their only concern was the 7 delivery drivers.last thing,the bins hadn't been emptied as food was piled on top of the bins and on the floor

Spent time catching uo with friend I hadn't seen for ages.
Had breakfast & numerous drinks then received Parking Charge Notice of a £50 fee form UKPC (awful company).
Branch staff were of no help, promised to email UKPC, but never did. Appeal to UKPC denied despite evidence from Bank showing I was a customer for the whole time!
Macdonalds customer service as rubbish as you'd expect-'copmputer syas no' & can't do anything.
There is no problem with parking here-its surrounded by bloody car parks & the only reason to park there is to go to macdonalds & the car park is NEVER full certainly not at 8am in the morning.
Pure extortion & abuse of loyal customers.
Well done Macdonalds! Another unhappy regualr customer lost.

Super mærkeligt at vente i 30 min på en cheeseburger menu hvorfra 3 andre får deres mad som blandt andet er en cheeseburger vel og mærket at de kom 10 min efter jeg had siddet og ventet

Sick and tired of ordering food from Macdonald’s that turns up cold again. We order from Oldfields Rd Sutton but the order actually comes from a kitchen on Minden Rd Sutton. We live 5 minutes from where the food is prepared. The delivery drivers always seem to take 20mins or so to get to us from when we are notified that the driver is at the restaurant. It’s frustrating to watch the little motorbike on the app sitting outside the kitchen for 10mins or more and then when it leaves the kitchen make 2 or 3 stops before arriving at our address. It means the driver is sitting outside the kitchen with our food going cold each time. Complain to customer service they always say we are unable to make a refund making me feel like I’m trying to scam them. Also saying our food was delivered within an acceptable timeframe. 20 minutes from cooking our food is going to be cold. Cook it deliver it or is it a case of drivers trying to maximize their earnings by waiting for more deliveries ? Expect cold food from Macdonald’s Oldfields Rd Sutton.

All stone cold ruined family meal all staff was slow and miserable manger stood there watching food come down going cold my hot chocolate was cold and milkshake was water chips was stale best thing about that meal was the bbq dip to use at anoter fast food restaurant sending people on brakes with a restaurant full of customers waiting understand we all need brakes but in this industry you have to get though the mad rush (whoops sorry forgot your not a fast food restaurant anymore lol)Skegness retail park!!!!

Why don't MacDonalds do something to control litter? Another dump of litter from a meal found this morning along Main Road, Underwood, Notts. Clear thrown out of a car - from its location... and fact that it's labelled with Order 116, Driver Thru, 21/02/2026 15:15. Why don't you also print the location sold from. Reported litter should be linked to a sale, a person and their car. Litter incidents should (at least) prevent the person from using MacDonalds.

Not sure this will ever be read! By the looks of things they are just terrible! Tonight have ordered on Ap and the food is now late by nearly 2 hours. Tried to cancel the order and they were going to charge me. Market square Sidcup! 21/03/2026. Avoid at all costs. I am now deleting the Ap!

Just been to the Kingston Eden street Mac Donalds and it was awful.
The food was stone cold, the place was covered in food waste and litter. No where upstairs was available to sit due to the mess.
A member of staff was there but doing nothing!! The whole place needs a deep clean and everywhere looks beaten up.
Never again will I go in there, it was rare for me to go in anyway but kids were hungry and our favourite place has closed down.
Do not bother with the place, complete waste of money.

My experience with McDonald's in the Acton area was extremely disappointing.
I first attended the branch on Acton High Road, but ended up leaving without purchasing anything after witnessing a very unpleasant interaction. A female customer asked to use the toilet facilities and a member of staff refused, saying the key had been “lost.” The whole interaction came across as dismissive and rude, and it didn’t feel like the situation was handled professionally.
I then went to the branch in W3 6TJ (North Acton), and what I saw there was even worse. The condition of the toilets was shocking. There appeared to be blood and faeces on the toilet and even on the soap dispenser. This meant that when trying to wash my hands, I had to touch surfaces that were clearly contaminated, including the dispenser and taps. The door handle on the way out also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.
For a company the size of McDonald’s, basic hygiene and customer service standards should be a given. Between the rude interaction at one branch and the unhygienic conditions at another, the overall experience was unacceptable.

De slås og råber i køkkenet og kaster med mad en rød håret dreng som var kunde kunne ikke finde sin mad han endte med at løbe rundt og skrige og det larmede !

Ordered on the app for first time for mcdelivery all ordered correctly. Order never appeared even though the courier said it was delivered I even looked out for driver when app said he was 2 minutes away he never appeared. When I contacted a virtual assistant they said because it said delivered there would be no refund so £28 taken for zero delivery could not get through on telephone to local MacDonalds & the MacDonalds virtual assistant did not work. I will never use Mcdelivery again & the company uber eats who deliver for them absolute charlatans & thieves. That’s a lot of money to lose & 2 very disappointed children did not get their promised MacDonalds delivery shame on you

Using uber eats made my first ever order didn’t come and they are refusing a refund,they didn’t count on me having ring cameras did they,IRVINE MACDONALDS-UBER EATS COURIER NAME CURRY

It’s been a very long time since I had a burger so I my wife and I decided to get a Big Mac cheese burger chips and a banana and vanilla milkshake from MacDonald’s in the homebush centre Shoreham what a terrible service I waited for about half an hour then said they ran out of burger sauce this was about 3.30 in the afternoon got home then opened up the bag took one look at a small bun dried up beef patties you couldn’t get any thinner, then a little bit of shredded lettuce, milkshake tasted both like vanilla approx £15.00 never ever again. The usual story a lot of hype but you get cheap dried up ingredients rubbish Service, MacDonald you have lost your way, bad reviews end companies remember this
