I’ve never been so happy to write a review. I took my MacBook Pro to Apple, and instead of diagnosing it properly, they just gave an unclear list of possible issues with an unreasonably high quote.
I found eFix online, and the whole process was seamless. From the moment they received my device, communication was excellent, pricing was fair, and I was only asked to pay after it was fixed. I’m so happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Very professional and honest. This is the second time I am using their service.
My macbook was not turning on, so I went to Apple store. I was told that it was completely dead and would cost be about £500-£600 for repair. Sent my macbook to Reece at eFix- he messaged me back saying that my computer was working fine and just needed to change my charger cable. Absolutely pleased with the service and his honesty.

Macbook A1707 with fluxgate issue.
Once I confirmed how eFix resolve the issue, by extending the cable rather than just replacing it, I booked a repair.
Booked on 30th June, but not sent by me for few days as needed to print label.
Packaged and sent, kept up to date about safe arrival, and when being repaired mention of a hairline crack in the touchpad, that cosmetic at this time so left as is, partly as I use a mouse and external keyboard generally.
Received back 10th July, so within timeframe given.
For £200, which is £400 cheaper than quoted by Apple, who wanted to replace the screen, it's a no brainer, many thanks for a job well done.

I broke the logic board / motherboard connection on my MacBook Air by trying to replace the battery myself. I looked at quotes from Apple Dealers which were either ambiguous or very expensive. I took a punt on eFix based on online revies. Reece was brilliant with the comms and they fixed the logic board and installed a new battery for the all in price of including postage of £255 with a 12 month warranty. So pleased!

These are the best there is. If you want your MacBook fixed then go here. Was quoted nearly £800 by the so called Genius Bar for a fix. These done it for nearly a third of that price. Quick and efficient, they’ll keep you informed throughout. Why go anywhere else? A rarity nowadays, somewhere that cares and understands how to treat its customers. Very, very happy with everything.

First class experience from start to finish. Free delivery label for transportation of my laptop both ways. Fixed, returned and working well at a fraction of the cost that Apple would have charged.

I’ve used this company several times, most recently to get my MacBook working again after I’d screwed it up doing an unauthorised modification. I have received xcellent service on each occasion from friendly and helpful staff. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Used a wrong charger on my MacBook, MacBook stopped charging . Searched online and YouTube for solutions. None worked .. apparently it's a logic board issue.
Call alot of MacBook repair guys and they couldn't help by insist I buy a new logic board ..

I spilled some coffee on my MacBook and apple quoted around £1200 😂. eFix fixed it for around £250. Great system with the easy postage etc and also clear communication. Additionally the repair also fixed the keyboard problem with the 2017 model of MacBook where some keys would register twice with a single press. Now my MacBook works great. Great company with smooth customer service experience.

Excellent repair of the MacBook I bought in 2020, saved loads of money too

eFix clearly have specialist skills and knowledge as well as the tools to undertake complex board-level repair work on Apple MacBooks. I received excellent communication during the repair process and superb service. They fixed my badly liquid damaged MacBook Air when I thought it would have to be scrapped. From start fo finish an exceptional service. As anyone, I was worried about sending my laptop via post however after reading all the other reviews and reading their instructions I felt at ease. I was updated throughout the whole delivery process. once received, I got an update a couple days with the repairs. They gave optional repairs too, however never tried to upsell any other repairs. Prices for all repairs were clear and reasonable.
Once i agreed, the work was completed within a few working days and shipped back to me securely with tracking in a sturdy box with bubble wrap and 2 sweets!
Laptop feels brand new, works well so far. Could not be happier with the service and thoroughly recommend. Have missed my laptop!

Excellent service with good communication and an excellent result

Wasn’t sure about sending off my MacBook but unwilling to pay £50 for Apple to diagnose a clearly cracked screen. Decided to try repair from eFix who have 650 5 star reviews on TrustPilot. Great service and screen replacement like new. Can recommend. Secure process and kept well informed.
