Lol there company called a complaint in on me for saying there system is bad I had a truck stolen and they had no really time upload to help so how is this system helpful plus the time's of my video's is off by hrs all most days plus they told me on one request it would be 14 to 24 weeks for a response WOW that is a great response

Very terrible service
I am the owner of Crest Electrical Solutions and have a very terrible service experience, please do not buy this product. We have to wait 6 months for a camera to get installed in a vehicle, every service appointment is at least 2 months out. this is the worst service I have ever had. The account manager and the support cannot help out too.

Awful absolutely scammers
Awful absolutely scammers. Months of trying to get ahold of management and just ignored emails.
They charge you 3800 for 1 hour of installation even though on the contract it states that there’s no install fees. They also put the shipping in my name and charge me 600 even though it says shipping is included. They are horrible, worse company i have ever dealt with.

Lytx is one if not the worst company I have dealt with in terms of contracts and processes. Empty commitments are made and promises are not followed through with. My recommendation would be to stay away from this organization.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Equipment failure in less than a year, no help provided even after 3 months of practically begging someone to contact us to terminate the contract, after they told us the equipment failure was not their problem it was ours. They could fix it but it would be at our expense at least $250!! We didn’t do anything to make it stop working it just quit (I assume the Florida heat)! I have reached out to every email thread I have but no one reached back out. I have put in multiple service tickets but no one has returned my call!! At this point I am ready to get my business lawyer involved. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They have terrible reviews everywhere, mostly all from their lack of being able to reach out to their consumers and for me not fixing their equipment (still under contract) at their expense not mine!

Customer Service is not good
Customer Service is not good! Was good in the beginning, was assigned someone to our account to help learn features, have virtual meetings to discuss ratings, trends, etc. Then they bumped us to basically an email address to reach out to if we had any issues. We get a response, but not quickly. Lytx lacks a sense of urgency when it comes to responding. Tried to get a camera fixed and it took many weeks to get resolved. Not happy with them and certainly will be open to bring our business to a different provider if they reach out.

Abysmal Service, Locked in Contracts, Terrible!
We have been working with Lytx for almost two years now. Unfortunately it has been nothing but a headache. They have continually failed to provide the customer service they promise and their lack of communication leaves us without any assistance or means of handling any issues. They are now backordered over 4 MONTHS on their product, leaving us without any options. The only way out? Pay $45,000 to enter an early termination contract because their company cannot supply the one product they offer. The only choice we have is to either not have dash cams in our vehicles or pay them $45k for failing to fulfill their end of the bargain? If you're a growing company, do not work with Lytx or you'll be just as screwed as we currently are.
Lytx, please either provide us units in our vehicles or let us go from the contract.

everything was good until we set it up... now my salesman phone is always busy and no one will answer phone or call me back. i have called every number. its really a joke!!! worst customer service i have ever encountered. i still have yet to get a call back or even a response by email don't waist your time

Very good until you sign the contract.
I had a very bad experience with Lytx, when depositing all my trust and expectations. They were the best company out of 5 when quoting, the sales are spectacular, but that will only last during the time you still have not signed the contract, after signing they will ghost on you and nobody WILL EVER answer your calls or reply to your emails. The solutions I came with was copy people from the company to my email so I could finally get an answer after a month trying to cancel my contract. I had even got the chance to receive the cameras, they did not care about my business and needs.
I tried to do the same path I did when finding them, but even that way nobody contacted me, not even a new sales person. Very very very frustrated and disappointed.

Good technology but lousy customer…
Good technology but lousy customer service and fulfillment. We have about 50 cameras on contract with them and it’s a huge headache dealing with their reps mistakes, from their engineers, level 3 reps and even managers.
If your considering purchasing their cameras for your fleet their in cab verbal alerts and technology is amazing but be prepared to be on hold for long periods of time, missing parts on website, invoicing errors, late follow ups, empty manager promises, shipment mistakes and character issues where no one takes responsibility and pushes you off to the next rep only to make more mistakes.

System effective but lacks simplicity.
I like the system overall, however I do not like having AI review the event before sending to me. It makes too many errors which are later removed from my history. I only need pertinent event data, not data that has to be reviewed more than once to ensure accuracy.

Lytx is the worst company that I have…
Lytx is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I would give them -5 stars if that were an option. One truck out of our fleet was stolen 3 days ago and we immediately tried to located it with the Lytx tracking but were not able to located it. When we tried to call Lytx for technical help on hold for 40 minutes two different times. Finally get a hold of someone, they are in the Phillipines and were of no help at all. It has now been 4 days and I still have not heard from anyone in the company and no answer to emails or phone calls. RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Lytx unable or unwilling to fix their own billing errors
I own a transportation company that uses 10 Lytx cameras in 10 different vehicles. Starting in June 2021, Lytx changed my invoice to 11 cameras. I contacted Lytx to point out the error and was told I needed to create a support ticket. I did just that, and the response I received was a collections notice from Lytx employee Nader Shah. I immediately contacted my Lytx account manager Leandra Higgins. She apologized and promised to fix the error. Now 6 weeks later, I received a corrected invoice showing only 10 units. Then I received another collections notice for the current month and previous month seeking payment for 11 units.
Rinse and repeat, 8 months later the issue resets every month, and I am constantly HARRASSED by Nader Shah for the payment for the 11th unit I never had. Every month this issue repeats, as if the problem from the previous month never happened. Nader Shah will not help me with this issue, he just passes the buck and says I need to create a support ticket. Leandra Higgins sends me emails with empty platitudes like "so sorry for the confusion, I will get on this right away." Then nothing happens.
As a small business owner, I have to deal with 40 different vendors at any given time. We all make mistakes, my business included. But when a customer of mine points out a mistake we made, we correct the issue promptly. We do not repeat the same mistake for 8 months in a row!!! I am spending way too much time focusing on this ridiculous issue, and Lytx is to blame for that. I will not roll over and pay Lytx for 11 units, no matter how many collections notices they send me.
I did attempt to end my contract with Lytx because of their deceptive billing practices. They sent me an invoice with a $22,000 early cancelation fee. I reversed course and promised to work with them if they would agree to fix the billing error. Fast forward 7 months later and they have not, and I believe 1 or more persons at Lytx is acting in BAD FAITH. I have the paper trail to prove that.
I have offered to pay for the months that I actually used the devices, and to remove their equipment from my vehicles and return to Lytx at my own expense. In return I want OUT OF MY CONTRACT, with no early termination fee.
As of 01/15/2022, I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB and retained legal counsel to assist us in getting out of our contract.

I am a truck driver for a ready-mix company.i recently had an event trigger the camera.i pulled up to a stop sign.stopped looked both ways and proceeded.the camera speed reading says I was doing 3 mph.so I got suspended but you can clearly see that I stopped.my company went by the readings on the video.sometimes your readings are off.my tablet said gps signal lost so how can your readings be right?
