Richard Lewis, our sales rep offers a variety of suitable suggestions for what we need, based on reoccurring orders and offers good suggestions for new products that may he thinks may be suitable to suit our needs.

Richard Lewis has always been really helpful, friendly and quick to respond. He’s always happy to help with any questions or requests and makes everything really straightforward. We also really value working with Lyreco as a company, particularly because of their focus on sustainability and the environmental values they share with our own business. Great service all round!

Richard Lewis - what a fantastic credit to the company. Always incredibly helpful and service with a smile.

We do not have any problems sometimes things are delayed but I chase them up with our account manager Suli Rehman and they soon arrive

We transitioned from multiple existing supplier to Lyreco - This was purely based on the support we received from Angela Smith (Telford). Her support from the initial meeting through to full transition was second to none. From product support to building a full routine ordering system within the portal.
Seamless support, new products, ongoing check ins, amazing.

Suli Rehman was my contract manager and whenever we needed something he could find it, saved a lot of time and money for us!
Also an allround good guy, knew his stuff and good laugh. Always had time for his clients.
Any issues with orders or custom items he sorted straight away.
Deliveries were always quick too.
