Angela Smith - Total professional from introduction to on time in full delivery..
Great choice of products, product knowledge and really
helpful when sourcing goods I required.
Highly recommend Lyreco

Great a and thank you suli Rehman for the customer for every time.

I have always experienced a good service with Lyreco for many years, in particular our account manager Josh Mambo has been excellent in keeping in touch, assisting to help source best deals for our budget, being responsive and informative with good product knowledge. Offering a personal account manager makes all the difference in making our lives easier so we can operate and focus on the day-to-day business.

Our personal account manager Suli Rehman has always been very helpful with processing our orders and helping us find whatever we need. He also offers competitive prices.

Perfect manager suil rehman alawys quick response any time.

I have been dealing with Angela Smith from Lyreco for a few years now.

I can honestly say that Lyreco offer a great service, varied stock from stationery to PPE and are very competitive along with a very helpful Sales Rep. who is always willing to help and go that extra mile!! If I'm in a rush and do not have time to place my own order Angela will always assist and goods will be delivered the next day! Angela popped out to see me last week to advise me of some new lines Lyreco were introducing and she is obtaining samples for us to trial!

We’ve had a business account with Lyreco for several years and have always been really happy with the service. Prices are competitive, deliveries are quick and reliable, and there’s a great range of products to choose from. Angela Smith is always really helpful and on hand if we ever have any issues or questions about pricing. We’ll definitely continue using Lyreco into the future!

I place all our company orders with Angela Smith. Who is always helpful, polite and very efficient. Good customer service and lets me now if there are any delays.

Suliman is great and very transparent with prices. He looks after all of our hygiene requirements and follows up once a month. Great guy who puts customers first.

We deal with Angela who is our account manager on a regular basis, the approach, knowledge and service is brilliant. We choose to always contact her directly rather than call the sales line due to her knowing our account and what products we need. She also goes beyond what's required even for the minor details she has travelled to our site to advise. We recommend her highly.

Suli Rehman from Lyreco's Peterboro area is a lifesaver! He helped me find the actual products I wanted from the very big list of items, explained everything in minutes with good price & guided me through the entire ordering process. Love to work with him again, an absolute asset to Lyreco. Highly recommended!

We now use Lyreco for a lot of our PPE needs and get a fast and responsive service From Angela Smith our contact.
If there is something in PPE we need that is not stocked, then Emma Turner can source to meet our requirements.
All in all, very helpful and friendly service

Have always found our sales rep Angela Smith very helpful and accommadating. If am unable to find in the catalogue she will help to try and source alternatives within the organisation . Very quick delivery sevice

I had trouble getting through to the call centre so I called our account manager Charlotte who was absolutely amazing and got my issue resolved in no time at all.

Debbie Howe is our account manager and has been exemplary in helping me acclimatise to both Lyreco and the online portal.

The ordering portal is easy to use but any uncertainties are quickly resolved. Orders are expedited efficiently and the delivery driver friendly and helpful.

Sarah Coulson always goes above & beyond and is always super helpful!
Nothing is ever too much trouble and we would be lost without her!
Keep up the GREAT work Sarah!
