Just received my order #LVW2622998. I had ordered indigo references and it appeared to be bright purple color which I hate! Wrote to return them and the answer was “sorry our sales policy says no return”
Title: Very poor quality products and unresolved complaint
I ordered four underwear items from this company.
The overall quality was very poor. The fabric and finishing feel cheap and below the level expected for the price.
Three of the four items had clear quality problems.
The Essential Classic White Trunk (size M) lost its shape after a single wear. I did not wash it. After one use, the leg openings and middle area stretched about 4.5 cm. The trunk now fits closer to a Large size.
The product page states that the fabric made from organic cotton and Tencel Lyocell is durable and keeps its shape. My experience was the opposite.
The Exclusive Bikini and the Exclusive Trunk were also very low quality. The fabric feels thin and cheap compared with what was advertised.
The only item that initially seemed acceptable was the Gold Trunk Contour. However, after the first wash, the metal logo detached from the garment.
I contacted customer support and provided photos showing the stretched fabric and the detached logo.
I requested a refund and offered to return the defective items. At the time of writing, the issue remains unresolved.
Kleding is veel te klein.
Retourneren blijkt niet mogelijk ‘want tijdens black friday gekocht’. Dit is overigens in strijd met het consumenten recht. Koop hier niets!
Same experience. They never respond to emails nor they provide any customer service. In the EU there is a 14 days return window which they don't accept. Is unbelievable seriously .... The size ordered doesn't fit me. I ordered 10 pairs so of course I want to have them exchanged or refunded.
Ik had de maattabel gebruikt maar alsnog waren de producten te klein. Retouren moet je per mail aanvragen. Toen ik dat had gedaan werd me verteld dat producten in de aanbieding niet geretourneerd konden worden. Nadat ik ze er op had gewezen dat dat niet is toegestaan mocht ik niet retourneren omdat het onhygiënisch is, maar een groot deel was ongeopend. Ze vroegen om foto's als bewijs. Die heb ik opgestuurd maar was niet goed genoeg. Ze wilden meer foto's. Uiteindelijk heb ik het maar opgegeven. Ze doen er alles aan om het je zo moeilijk mogelijk te maken om je geld terug te geven. Een firma zonder fatsoenlijke service / retouren kun je niet serieus nemen.
