Luxury Cottages Arvostelua

Really friendly, helpful, responsive staff and their houses are fantastic — or ours was at least!

Booking the cottage was easy and communications good. Any questions were answered promptly.

Top class from booking to going home.
An incredible setting for a luxurious and beautifully set house in Cheddar. Literally in the middle of nowhere; but 5 mins down the hill to the village. Not that you’d want to ever leave!
Everything you would ever think you might need could be found in a drawer or a cupboard, a basket or a chest.
A fridge full of goodies was there for our arrival which was very kind.
Very welcoming hosts, nothing too much trouble. Thank you Lisa and Glen for everything.

We had a great holiday but the luxury tag for the property was misplaced as their was alot wrong with the property.
Mould in alot of the bathrooms, cobwebs in other rooms, taps loose, blinds not working. Etc cleaning and maintenance leet the property down.
The ground floor and gardens facilities were excellent
A great place to stay.

Splendido cottage attrezzato con ogni comfort nel cuore delle cotswolds in un villaggio da cartolina. Esperienza indimenticabile

Very helpful and friendly service

Lovely house , perfect location, easy from start to finish.

Easy to navigate and find the property that suits, easy to book, when I had a question they answered promptly and provided all the details I needed. Would recommend.

Little Haven in Oxwich on the Gower peninsular was an excellent choice.
An easy and efficient service from Luxury Cottages.

Great holiday home with all the facilities you could ask for. Well positioned for the beach

Lovely place

Fabulous holiday. The house was exactly as described and lived up to the “luxury” category.
Booking process was friendly and helpful. Contact throughout by email or phone was friendly and prompt.
Will definitely use again, thank you.

Easy to book our accommodation and good communication when we had questions about the property we were staying in

Easy company to work with and great stay in the UK

Fantastic property. Great communication with housekeeper. Only problem we had was that the hot tub was not clean and we had to empty, clean it and re fill.

Also, although this is not the properties fault there were a lot of flies around. But would recommend the property.

Quick to reply and very understanding of my requests.

Cottage was lovely, everyone very kind and helpful making it a relaxed an easy experience. Thank you. X

Had the most amazing stay at hawthorn cottage (Atherstone) for my mother’s 60th birthday. Place was superbly clean and comfortable. A great family destination. Will definitely be recommending.
A small recommendation would be having some better quality bathroom products, shampoos/conditioners and soaps.
We will most certainly be back though.
Many thanks
