I ordered a dress many months but they never send it.
Email adress does not exist!
People are so greedy to Take other peoples money, really bad..
Scammers!!!!

J’ai passé commande il y a plus de deux mois et je n’ai toujours RIEN reçu. Pas de colis, pas de réponse du service client (s’il existe vraiment…). Aucun suivi, aucune info, silence total. Ce site est clairement frauduleux, je me suis fait avoir et je ne veux pas que d’autres tombent dans le même piège. Je vais tenter de me faire rembourser mais vu l’absence totale de communication, je n’ai pas beaucoup d’espoir. Franchement, fuyez ce site comme la peste !

I ordered items over €200 on the 9th of February and they still have no arrived. I have emailed countless of times and the email address keeps bouncing back.
I’ve tried to contact them on Instagram and directly off the sight ..
I never normally write reviews but this time I’ve been actually robbed over €200. It’s absolutely disgraceful!

This site is ridiculous!

I had order a jumpsuit on 24th of November 2024 and the item took longer than a month to arrive.

The item had nothing to do with how it looked online.

I issued a despute and received my money back on 29 of December 2024.

Guess what happens next?
On 27th of March 2025 the bank took back my refund as luxurise rejected my despute and refused to pay me back.

They did not even give me the opportunity to return the item only to see my money being withdrawn 3 months later!

Awful!!!

Please avoid this website.
It does not look legit and it's a pure fraud

Nous avons passé commande début février pour 50 euros et n’avons jamais reçu le colis!! Je n’ai malheureusement pas lu les avis avant de commander. L’adresse mail indiquée sur le site pour toute réclamation n’existe pas… faites attention ce site est frauduleux!!

Never arrived, not even a confirmation text or email to say order received, but I have the screenshot of website order complete and bank proof to show they took my money. No reply in regards to questioning them.

Im not giving them a ZERO because i cant. Total scam. I ordered a dress on October 2024. Oñits now March 2025 and the dress never arrived. I send them LOTS of emails and after telling me that they will ship it on mid february, still nothing. NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Finger weg von dieser Seite. Scammer. Habe am 31.12 bestellt und kam erst am 20.2 an. Erst nachdem ich Paypal Käuferschutz eingeschaltet habe, wurde die Ware versendet. Und das Kleid war nicht einmal das, was auf ihrer Seite beschrieben war

Do not use!! After ordering a dress for a wedding it has been over 2 weeks since my order was expected to arrive. I had a notification to say my parcel was dispatched and given tracking details, then notified there was a delay with my order and it wasn’t dispatched. The website had gone down showing the page was not found. They continue to advertise on social media and I have received no communication from this company considering they advertise 24/7 customer service. I have had to go through my bank now for a refund as after multiple requests to the company I have still had 0 communication.

Heb 5 februari een broek besteld het is nu al 22 februari en nog steeds niks ontvangen! Ze communiceren niet of heel slecht je hebt er niks aan en weet niet wat ik verder moet doen!

DO NOT purchase from this company. The video I saw was on tiktok and I later found out was stolen from babyboo. The dress took ages to come and they were adamant on not giving me a refund. The dress finally arrived and looks NOTHING like the video i saw and is literally a slinky piece of material that has been chopped up and sewn together. Looks horrible.

Malheureusement je n'ai pas lu les avis et donc je me suis retrouvée avec une commande a 60€ qui n'est jamais arrivé. Sans nouvelles depuis 2 mois du colis ,heureusement j'ai pu contesté l'opération et la banque m'a remboursé.ne pas commandez sur ce site qui d'après ce que j'ai lu n'est pas a sa première mauvaise expérience . C'EST FRAUDULEUX , site qui ne présente aucune information qui plus est j'aurai dû comprendre qu'il était bizarre on ne peut pas y mettre d'avis dessus comme par hasard.

It’s a scam site!!! I ordered the Bella suit on January 9th. It never arrived. I contacted them on January 31st. They told me that there was a fire at their warehouse and asking for my understanding. They never reply to my emails ever since. I reported them to the governmental office for online freud in the Netherlands.

Absolutely 💯 percent avoid using this company. I ordered the Bella glitter jump suit on 23rd December and within the hour is saw the terrible reviews and tried to retract my order but they would not let me. I am still waiting on my order , 6 weeks later. Disgusting. I have emailed them three times too with no response. Do not use them.

do not use - total scam site. One product arrived instead of two and it is nothing like described. Now ghosting us and apparently their warehouse burnt down LOL. Literally couldn't make this up - so off to the Bank to pursue it!

Ich habe noch nie einen schlimmeren Saftladen gefunden wie diesen. Habe für meine Tochter zwei Hosen bestellt in Größe xs im Wert von 80 Euro. Sie hat die Seite über Tik Tok gefunden und fand den Schnitt so toll. Habe gute 4 Wochen warten müssen. Als das Paket ankam waren wir mehr als enttäuscht. Qualität mieß, Schnitt mieß und so groß wie eine M. Habe es in Absprache mit der Firma die Ware auf eigene Kosten zurückgeschickt. Geld bekomme ich aber nicht wieder. Nur einen Gutschein, damit ich bei dem Saftverein wieder bestellen muss. AUF KEINEN FALL DORT BESTELLEN!!!!!!!!!!

I highly do not recommend the store, I contacted him regarding the return and when I got the address I returned the purchased items and I received information from the post office that they refused to accept the parcel, I have been trying to contact the store for over a month why they did not select my parcel and what now because I already lost money on shipping once, but I have no answer or contact from them

Comme tous les autres avis je n'ai malheureusement pas vu les avis avant d'avoir commandé. J'ai donc commandé le 7 décembre 2024 et on est début février et rien? Je n'ai qu'un mail indiquant que ma commande est en préparation wtf, je pense ne jamais la recevoir donc j'ai vraiment le seum, faites gaffe
