Worst experience ever!
We purchased a UK King size bedding set from there a couple of weeks ago. When it arrived it was wrapped in plastic & duct tape and looked like a parcel dropped from a military plane. Not quite how I imagine my „luxury“ bedding to arrive! But that’s not where it ends. The sheets are 180x200, a UK King size bed is 150x200. The sheets are 20cm too big and, hence, unusable.
Let the seller know about the issue, got told to return everything to China - at our own cost, own risk AND for a 9% restocking fee. Even though we received a product that’s not fit for purpose. No acknowledgment that we‘ve received a wrongly sized product or any help with resolving the issue. The seller has threatened us multiple times with legal action, has accused us of fraudulent behavior, and is now trying to get this review taken down by flagging it as „harmful“ and „illegal“.
The way the company has acted and continues to act speaks for itself. Even now, we are threatened with legal action for sharing our experience as can be seen in the company‘s reply to this review. I cannot recommend this company at all!
