Hi Callum, I am writing to inform you that you certainly have the wrong store, or this review is totally fabricated, as our records show no trace of your transaction.
As a small business, I only send out a few orders a week and personally hand write and process every single invoice myself. I have no outstanding orders and I have confirmed you have never been a customer here after cross referencing the email and phone number you provided against my records, including those which were purchased off platform. Furthermore, the invoice number you shared is not remotely what we use for our business and does not match our internal system at all.
Your claim of speaking with a customer service team is also impossible because I personally man the email and no such team exists. Additionally, we do not use the tracking service you mentioned. If you genuinely bought something on platform (which you haven't), you have failed to leave a review there and have instead come to the only place where the purchase is not substantiated.
Given that I oversee every step of our manual process, I know for a fact this experience did not happen at our store. I strongly recommend you double check your records and remove this review immediately as it is not based on a genuine transaction. Thank you.
