Do NOT waste your money!! Apparently this product has zero warranty, can’t return even though it shocks the daylights out of my dogs so now they are terrified! Customer service can absolutely care less, the only way to reach them is via email and even though I told them how it shocks my dogs, they can care less! I also saw if you can even return, they want YOU to pay for the shipping back and restocking fees. It tells me they already knew their product is complete garbage!!

This is a scam website DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! The fence collar system is made as cheap as it can possible be and absolutely 0 returns if product as been opened but you have to open it to see that it doesn’t work as advertised it keeps shocking my dogs when they are within 5 feet of the transmitter and it’s supposed to be a 60 meter range before it starts shocking them unless you want to waste 200$ for Chinese garbage like I did DO NOT BUY!!!!

I recently purchased the Luxipaws Dog Training Collar through their website and just wanted to let everyone know that I am far from being a satisfied customer. I purchased the 3 collar/sensor system with 1 remote and after testing them out a handful of times in the field over the last couple of weeks, I noticed a number of design flaws that make this system both difficult to use and impractical. First, because the collar must be installed between the receiver and the dog under the shock terminals, the silicone terminal protectors do not stay on the terminals. Almost all have been lost already in just a few days in the field. Most other training collars I've seen and used have the collar wrap around the receiver so it does not interfere with the silicone caps staying on the terminals. Another issue is that the light on the remote turns off whenever you push any of the buttons which is impractical when you are trying to see in the dark and keep you dog close. In addition, the buttons are too small, they are in the same area and they are not physically distinctive so you cannot tell which buttons are which in the dark or even in the daylight without looking down to verify. This is very inconvenient and problematic because if your dog stumbles upon another animal or gets into a posturing situation with another dog, you may only have seconds to call them off with the remote before potential injury occurs. Having to look at the remote and find the right button takes far longer than other models with buttons that are physically and geographically distinctive so you can tell which button to push without looking at the remote. Another issue is that the LED light on the receiver is so dim, it is impossible to see where the dogs are in the dark. This is critical because dogs can wander or get on a scent trail and follow it for a long distance before you know they left you side in dark. Other models I've purchased have much bigger light portals that also include super bright LEDs with a more distinctive color other than light blue (such as green) used on this sensor. Also, the remote does not have an individual on and off button, so when you put it in your pocket while hunting or taking a break, there is potential that one or more buttons could be pushed by accident, which can both be unnecessarily painful for the dog and can destroy or set back training progress. This happened to me last weekend 4 or 5 times over 2 day, which puts this brand of dog training collar at the bottom of my list. Do not buy this dog training collar. It's poor design makes it difficult to use both during the daytime and in the dark and it includes features that are non-sensical and impractical. Save your money and buy a different training collar. I purchased the PetSpy dog training collar after throwing this one in the garbage, which is another good point. Luxipaws does not stand by its products. They have no customer satisfaction guarantee and would not refund my money because their refund policy only allows refunds for unused or defective products. But what about products that don't perform as they should. On top of that, they charge you a 5% transaction fee and a 10% restocking fee, all after you pay for the shipping to return the product (assuming they actually agree to take it back). In my case, they didn't. Never again Luxipaws. Bad company, bad product. Stay away from these guys.

I purchased this device 2 years ago(Invifence). A couple of weeks ago I noticed the shock and vibrate stop working. I only noticed it when I took my Jewels to the park and started throwing the ball around off leash. I use the device to call her back. It usually only takes a beep for her to return but at times she try's me, as most Cane Corso do. When I went to buzz/vibrate to call her back, she didn't move as quickly like any other time. So I tested it and sure enough it had stop working. I contacted the company via email, they got back to me right away. Long story short they are sending me a brand new unit free of charge...now thats customer service.

Brand new out of the box this was crap made in China! Antennas fell off and guess what? Not attached to anything! No wires of any kind, just two hollow tubes that are purely cosmetic. Charging cable is of very poor design! Super short and combined so that you must charge both pieces next to each other. The radius distances are either to small or to big . 30m to 60m...no 20m which would be the average back yard. I was going to wait on this review until I had a few days with the dog on it, but this thing built like a dollar store toy and not sure if I'm willing to trust this crap on my beloved dog ! I didn't even pay full retail and still paid way to much for this garbage!

Well, if you would’ve asked me originally I would’ve only given three stars maybe even two but customer support definitely save the day! My device started being faulty and not working on the modes. With only two emails we fix the issue right away and have a new device sent to me!!

Excellent product and even better customer service. The product works fantastic but, let’s be honest, sometimes things go wrong. It was incredibly refreshing to have my issue dealt with timely and completely handled at no extra cost. You cannot go wrong.

I bought this dog training collar with remote from them and very satisfied with the product quality and how it changed my life. I bought many training collars before but this one really works. Can't tell how happy I am to finally able to have a device that could control her from biting and barking. A little confusion on how to use the LED tester when setting up the unit, reached out to their customer support team, and Julie answered my questions very quickly. I leave this review purely because I was very satisfied and happy with this company. Will recommend to fellow dog owners
