Bought products online.....no products, no customer service to speak with and a janky ass receipt from who knows......animal balloons all the way !

I cannot recommend buying from LuminMarble.
I had to follow up several times regarding my order. In only two of my eight emails did they respond by saying that they would look into the matter, but they never got back to me.
After more than two weeks, I was finally told that the package had been returned to them because it was damaged, but that they would send a new package that same day.
Later, I asked them to send me a copy of my invoice, as I had not received one, despite their claim that it had already been sent. I have now finally received it, but only after repeatedly asking for it since I placed the order.
I have spent a lot of time writing emails to them. I have also asked for advice because I cannot achieve the desired effect with the product, but the only response I received was information that I could already find and read myself.
So NO – I will not be buying from them again.

Scam.... They take your money and never send the product.

All I have to say is horrible customer service. My first order arrived four days late after my event. After three attempts at home trying to get the formula to work I couldn’t get it to stick to my arms. I reached out to the company and no response. I also texted with no response. And $29 for a page and a half e-book is ridiculous.

Ordered product a month ago. Sent an email stating I wanted the order cancelled. They sent the package out before reading the email. It’s been a month and it has not been received. Whomever I am texting with is very defensive and rude. I realize it’s not their fault the USPS lost the package but they have not even tried to make it right. I’ve asked for refund and got no response. That is $75 lost. My event has come and gone. Will not recommend this place or product!

I agree with the other person who left a review. They are non-responsive. Our 1st order was short 1 paint. Our 2nd order was something we could order from a school supply store for 1/2 the money and our 3rd order was downloading their book for $29.99 which was only 2 pages. I have called, emailed and submitted requests on their website and no one responds and they do not answer their phone.

On August 29, 2025 I ordered the Ebook "Bodymarbling: The Complete Guide".
I was charged $29.99 and given a link.
When I downloaded the link I received a 1-3/4 page document. I repeatedly emailed and called the website to ask for a good link or if that was truely what they were selling and asked for a refund. They would not respond to me by email or phone.
