Got my order confirmation and later an email about the chair being shipped to me. Missed the delivery and then found that the website no longer exists when I tried to follow up.

If there was a way to do 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 chairs paid around $140 and got nothing. So irritated

I ordered a Hugsy chair for a Christmas present. I couldn't track the order at all and then they delivered a small pink bead. I can now no longer access the website and I am in the process of disputing my payment with my bank

I would have put no stars if possible after receiving a stupid bead instead of a fluffy chair.
I emailed and told another chair plus an extra blanket would be sent straight away. I waited and followed the supposed tracking until it arrived as far as England , then stopped and said delivered 🤨. Nothing else I've emailed them yet again to the supposedly same person called Jenny 🙄 .
I told them I would put up about their scam so no one else would get caught, but looks like it's too late reading these other reviews.
I shouldn't have been so stupid , in future I'll stick to my rule if they don't take PayPal don't order it .🙄🤨😫😡

Same as everyone else! Ordered on 31st December. Tracking was stalled for weeks. Arrived today and it is a nut and bolt. Furious, as all links now disappeared. Wish I’d researched this better before buying - something I usually do, but my husband sent me the link and I never thought any more about it! AVOID!! Scammers

I ordered 2 Hugsy chairs before Christmas. Needless to say they never arrived however I received 2 beads in the post. This company is a SCAM do not buy anything from them.

Ordered the chair for my daughter on 1st December and it never came and I emailed support and the emails got rejected

Same thing happend to me. Ordered 2 chairs with blankets and got nothing with emails bouncing back as undelivered. May take it further to stop it happening to someone else.

Ich habe einen Schaukelstuhl bestellt und nach Wochen eine Perle bekommen. Kein Geld zurück und die verlinkte Seite gibt es nicht mehr.

I'd like to give 0 stars. Clearly a scam company. Ordered the hugsy chair, processing payment via Shop app which I've used with many trusted retailers previously. What arrived with the corresponding tracking code was a small plastic bead. Emails ping back undelivered and I eventually had to go through a (lengthy) process via my bank to get my £36 refund. Avoid at all costs. Lesson learned for me.

SCAM! Ich habe auch einen Schaukelstuhl für EUR 40,- bestellt, und nur eine Perle erhalten. Habe dann den Kundenservice kontaktiert, und dort wurde mir die Rücküberweisung meines Geldes versprochen. Leider hat das nie statt gefunden. Also Finger weg!

Bought two chairs, December 6th . Received nothing. Unable to contact customer service by phone or email. Avoid at all costs. Clearly a scam.

Same as others, ordered 2 chairs and got 2 beads. Bank refunded me and I have a lot of proof if they try saying they did send chairs. Disgusting that people still do this

I looked at the product by following a link my wife provided as a Christmas gift idea for her. On December 6, I ordered one Hugsy chair at $48 (USD). I paid for it through the Shop app. After the order confirmation, I received no further communication from the seller. My December 27 message to their support email address continues to bounce back. They have my $48. I have a serious lesson learned.

Ordered a grey Hugsy chair on 18 Nov. Received 1x tiny bead in Dec. Luviera Home told me to use the link in my shipping confirmation email. The link didn’t work and neither did the ‘View Order’ link.

My partner ordered a chair!! From seeing them on Facebook I’ve told him off because i never order off social media!! This is absolutely shocking they sent him a bead, may Kama get them!

It’s a scam. Ordered 2 chairs received 2 beads. The tiny envelope was marked as weighing 13kg.

I fell foul of this scam too…waited for a couple of chairs to arrive, 3 necklace beads arrived…robbing b@st@rds
