They found me a faulty car and now when…
They found me a faulty car and now when I am reaching out to them they are ignoring me. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
DO NOT use this car loan company. They help sell dodgy cars.
I only got the car in Oct 2025 and its 7 months later and already I am having car problems.
They came under my post and pretended to help but, in real life they are ignoring me. Most of their contact details do not work. Update on 09/06/2026 at 01:02 am.

I had a great experience with Luv Car Loans from start to finish. The team (Rebecca) was extremely helpful, professional, and made the whole car finance process very easy and stress-free. They listened to exactly what I wanted and helped me get the best car for my needs at a good finance deal. Everything was completed in a very short period of time, much faster than I expected. Their communication and support throughout the process were excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient car finance assistance.

Returning customer. Simple and straightforward process. Any staff I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. The only negative I would say, was awaiting payout when collecting car. I was there for over an hour, which wasn’t ideal with a toddler.

Great company
We mainly dealt with Rosie at LuvCars! She was amazing!
I was very scepticle about this company because I had advertising via Instagram but I can not recommend enough!
It was not an easy process to find a car because many that I found they were not happy to support a loan to. However I felt this was a good sign and they were a reputable company and knew what they were doing.
Rosie was so patient and friendly when we were trying to decide on a car. She was not there on the weekend although she made sure to hand over to the weekend team who were also great!
