Unwearable samples & seconds Hoodies
Bought 2 hoodies on samples & seconds sale and they were unwearable. Restricted arms tried on three different teenage bodies and they all said they were unwearable & couldn’t get them off quick enough! $45 on a hoodie you cannot wear is not worth the sale, feels more like I have been scammed. Customer service said that is what you can get. Doesn’t seem reasonable without an accurate stipulation/description (considering you cannot see the item other than on line).

Worst customer service experience
First-time customer and a very disappointing experience. My order was delayed due stock issue. When the jeans arrived, they didn’t fit, so I returned them after only trying them on once at home. Their sizing is completely wrong around the waist.
They initially refused the return, claiming the jeans had been worn and had water marks, which was simply not true. The denim was “vintage” with worn-in details, exactly the same as their website images. After several emails and a week-long review, they eventually issued store credit — calling it an “exception”.
Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Ordered express shipping, been days and still hasn’t arrived. Contacted them multiple times no response. I needed it for an event and I can’t use it anymore. Buy atleast 3 weeks in advance 😂😂

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing. My order with multiple items was delayed for over a month simply because one item was out of stock. Holding the entire order for that long over one item is ridiculous, especially during their “biggest sale of the year”. To make matters worse, my email regarding the delay was completely ignored. Very poor customer service.

I had been a loyal customer and had placed three separate orders because I genuinely liked their products. Unfortunately, the way they handled my most recent order has completely changed my opinion.
It took over a week for my exchange to even be dispatched as it was urgent, and during that time I received no communication or exchange confirmation. I reached out multiple times via email to ask about arranging an exchange, but every single email was ignored. Not receiving a single response after multiple attempts.
Would not recommend them if customer service and after-sales support are important to you. Still waiting for my reply.

Disappointing 2026 winter sale - won’t be purchasing anything from here anymore. I paid $69.99 for my trackies and hoodie last year and yet they’re now on sale for $79.99…? Make it make sense. The mark-up is ridiculous. Isn’t this exactly what Coles and Woolies do?

well made, good service, no fuss
I ordered the grey tracksuit for my teenage son, and he loves mooching around the house in it. He says that it feels really soft and comfortable to wear.
I was also impressed with the polite service from the sales team and the prompt arrival of the product in good condition.

Terrible return process
Everything with the order was fine, and was shipped quickly. The item I ordered was in the wrong size, so I went through the return process. From the UK, they ask £124 for a shipping return, rather than the £20 for the original order shipping costs.
