Luscombe & CO Arvostelua

Great business to deal with when renting a property. Been dealing with Lauren and she has been great 😃 5*

We have now been renting our property via Luscombe for nearly 4years and are just about to renew our tenancy for a further 12 months. Staff are always polite and helpful and any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Can’t fault them.

Hi, I would like to express my appreciation for Lauren’s support during the contract process. She was very quick, efficient, and professional throughout. Lauren managed all communication between me and the landlord, ensuring that everything was handled smoothly and in a timely manner. She was always responsive, kept me well informed at every stage, and made the entire process much easier.

Lauren in charge of my flat application was lovely 100%. She helps me in all steps and what was really beautiful is that I could receive update at anytime. Feedback was instantly when I had to ask for any information I was needed which I found very amazing from her. It was like she was just there for me 👌 amazing experience

I am kept informed of my legal duties as a landlord with regular updates. They have recently found new tenants for my property in a very short time. They have dealt with repairs and maintenance issue promptly. I am provided with an excellent Annual Statement for tax purposes. My contacts Chloe and Dawn are friendly and helpful. All round great service.

I recently contacted Luscombe&Co regarding renting a flat, I initially was dealing with Lauren at the viewing stage and then Felicia for the checking and confirmation. Both were fantastic and remained great communication at all times, Thank you Lauren and Felicia!

We had a very positive experience with this agency while relocating under tight time pressure. Lauren was extremely helpful, arranging a last-minute viewing on the only day I was available in Wales and responding quickly once we expressed interest.

Communication was clear and efficient throughout, all our questions were answered promptly, and the entire process — from viewing to signing — was completed within just seven days.

Professional, organised, and highly recommended.

I’ve just sorted out a letting and referral arrangement with Luscombe & Co, and I honestly can’t fault them. From the get-go, it was clear the team really knows the local market, but they manage to be super professional without being "stiff" or corporate.
A massive shout-out to Lauren, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She made the whole referral process feel easy and totally stress-free. Her communication was spot on—clear, consistent, and I was never left wondering what was happening. It’s rare to find an agency that combines this much efficiency with such a friendly, approachable touch.
It’s obvious they really value their professional relationships and treat people like individuals rather than just another file on a desk. If you’re looking for a team that is proactive, high-integrity, and actually lovely to deal with, definitely give them a shout. Cheers again, Lauren!

So far so good!! We enquired, viewed and applied for a property all within the space of 2 weeks. The communication with Lauren has been very speedy and precise. The process of enquiring and applying was easy and stress free. Coming from a naturally sceptical and anxious person, this agency has been positive vibes all round.

Easy to talk with and would definitely offer suggestions.

I had a fantastic experience with Luscombe & Co. Navigating the rental/selling process can be stressful, but Lauren was incredibly professional and made the process easy. Their communication is top-notch, and they really seem to care about their clients.

Highly recommend!

I had made a viewing request online and was called back first thing the next morning with a viewing for the next day.

I have lived in the UK for 14 years now and for sure can say, this agency is so far the best I have used. They communicate really well and make sure everything is alright and the tenant is happy. I can't say anything bad about them. Especially Lauren, who has always kept me up to date with any changes and any updates about my accommodation. :)

Very supportive quick and easy to get hold of

Really helpful and speedy responses every time. Lovely property and lovely agents. Smooth process moving in :)
Thanks to Felicia and rest of the team

I tend to deal with Lauren at Luscombe and co, and she's polite, efficient, and nothing is ever too much trouble for her, she's exceptional at her job and I can't praise her enough!
Kind regards
Gareth

Lauren has been a great help, very quick and efficient with getting all relevant information. Would highly recommend

Usually quick responses and issue resolutions only delayed this time due to Christmas holidays.
