We arrived in Tenerife a few hours before check-in. We had warned this would happen, yet it came as a bit of a surprise to them. Nevertheless, we got into the apartment early without difficulty. The apartment was excellent apart from the poor wifi which they tried to help with (improved slightly by replacing a cable), but it was really a Telefonica problem beyond their control. Lupain needed access to the apartment to do an electrical safety check, and they kindly let us know a few days in advance, which was good. All in all, Lupain are on the ball, prompt at answering the phone, friendly and helpful.

I gave Victor and team my Criteria, and within 48 hours I was shown 2 apartments that matched. I chose the one I liked the best, and within 12 days, it was sorted. The process was not easy but with great support, the job was completed. Thanks to Victor for holding my hand and Bernardo for his great communication skills between all the parties.

Super efficient service from Ann at Lupain. Would definately deal with this company again as and when I book my next holiday and need a clean lovely apartment/villa.

We have stayed in Christian Sur and Victoria Court apartments on a few occasions for holidays. Both are of a high standard and well equipped. Ann at Lupain is always on hand to answer any questions. Replies to emails promptly and is really helpful and friendly. No complaints. Will definitely use them again and again....see you again soon. Thank you for helping us make great holiday memories.

Had a great week in this studio. If we were coming for a month, which we usually do to another apt. we would like a few small extras (but we are are probably too fussy.
The studio had great facilities, full oven, fridge freezer, double shower,sea views. We would definitely book again.

We purchased our apartment in Christian sur 12 years ago from Lupain and it was the natural choice when I decided to sell after my husband passed away to ask Victor and the team to deal with the sale. It sold almost immediately but we had complex legal issues that took an age to resolve but Victor handled this with true professionalism and I'm sure I nearly drove him insane but he handled it all with courtesy and I'm so glad I trusted him to deal with everything for me.

Great people. Victor and his team are great. They helped us through all the steps in purchasing the apartment. A big plus to Chris and Bernardo for having so much patience with us. Recently returned home after a fantastic stay at Victoria Court. The apartment was faultless, from the location to the amenities it was just brilliant!
The service from Lupain was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, we were even able to extend our stay as we were having such a good time!
I'd definitely recommend booking through Lupain. The process was very easy and communication was fab. Thank you and see you next year!

We originally bought our property through Lupain around 10 years ago and when it came time to sell there was only one choice as Victor and his team were courteous, professional, attentive both when we bought and equally when we sold and even found us a buyer in a matter of weeks as well as having amongst the most competitive commission rate we have come across and I would have no hesitation in recommending Lupain either as a buyer or a seller.
