We feel very fortunate to have found the services of the lupain team. Our mission was to find a suitable long term rental apartment in a good area with local amenities. The team accommodated our various requirements with complete professionalism and went above and beyond to help us navigate some tricky language barriers when setting up bank accounts etc. We would have no hesitation in recommending the services of this friendly and efficient team.

Lupain was my first choice to sell my quarter share of an apartment in Los Cristianos
Early signs were excellent with a prompt visit to value the property and to take photographs. After that it all went quiet for months and I could not locate my property on their website. I contacted them about this and it turned out that the website could not handle joint ownership.
I decided to put an advert in e-bay and within days I had a serious response. I directed the potential owners to Lupain who then handled the tortuous business of buying property with the added complication of part ownership.
From then on I could not fault Lupain who kept me informed of every step in the process. Completion took place on a Monday and the proceeds of the sale reached my bank on the Tuesday.
I have deleted one star because of the early lack of publicity and the consequent delay in finding a buyer.

Thankyou to the team, Bernardo, Alessio and Victor for your help in us purchasing our share of our apartment. We would highly recommend this agent as we would have not done it as easily without them, always keeping us updated, organizing the notary and being our power of Attorney as we live in the UK. Stayed at loa chorales villa with our families the villa had everything you could ever need home from home so comfortable especially if you just want a night in small problem resolved immediately fabulous place to stay many thanks to the owners

We had a great time in our fantastic apartment. Was first time in Dinistia complex. The complex and pool area was always clean and tidy. Pool was great swam in it every day. But the icing on the cake was the apartment. It was immaculate. Had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Was spacious and beautifully decorated. Balcony was large and looked over the pool. Was very quiet with no night noise from bars and restaurants which were close but far enough away to avoid this.
Was a 24 hour supermarket at entrance to complex which was handy.
Walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Also a lovely walk down to beach where there are lots more bars and restaurants.
Complex is suitable for couples and family's. We have been visiting Tenerife for 10 years and best apartment yet.
Also Ann was very helpful and kept us well informed. Was always quick to respond if we had any queries.
Will defo return to this apartment and will look to Ann to help us with booking for next May.

Stayed at Victoria Court 1 and the apartment was lovely. Clean and complete with everything needed for a self catering holiday. The apartment was ground floor so no views from balcony but was a great sun trap. The complex itself was equally good with a secure pool and poolside bar with friendly and helpful staff.
However. Unlucky timing on our part, repair work to the concrete columns directly outside our room started early in the morning from the start of our holiday. After a polite complaint to the Lupain agents Joshua was straight on the case and couldn’t apologise enough as he was unaware of the work being carried out. He offered a move straight away but unfortunately that apartment wasn’t suitable for us. Then he came up with a 4 bed villa for us at a small cost to us which we accepted. Once again a lovely property.
Can’t thank Joshua enough for his fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend for the properties and there service.

Lovely Apartment close to everything 10 mins to walk down to the Town Taxi back so cheap supermarkets very close.

Stayed for a week with my partner kids and my dad. It was amazing.kids had a fantastic time. There was a problem with the hot tub however they were quick to solve the problem. Plenty of space for everyone and close to everything. My son still asks can he go back to the holiday home 4 weeks later. Will definitely return

Even een berichtje over Lupain makelaars en over Milena in het bijzonder.Onze eerste kennismaking gaf ons gelijk een goed gevoel.Nadat wij besloten hadden om met hen verder te gaan heeft Milena zich overconsumptie ontfermd, war zeer prettig was.
Geen moeite was haar te veel, talloze locaties heeft ze ons laten zien.Ze was er altijd voor ons en heeft goed naar onze wensen geluisterd.Wij zijn er dan ook in geslaagd om een heerlijk appartement te kunnen kopen.
Ook de afhandeling was erg fijn, alles werd voor ons geregeld, onze dank nog daarvoor.
Ook voor andere vragen kunnen wij altijd bij Lupain en Milena terecht.

Having stayed recently(April19) for the second time, I can say that the apartment is modern, clean and well located for all local amenities. The pool area is well kept and staff are very friendly. the only slightly negative point was that each day a lot of the sunbeds were reserved.
Would definitely stay again !!!!

We stayed 8 days in El Mirador and had a wonderful holiday there. We will gladly come back again. The apartment is clean and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The beds and couch are comfortable, the breakfast bar is effective. There is a nice sunny garden with a terrace, table and chairs and sun beds; the plants are maintained with an automatic watering system.

Nice complex with exits to various streets. Well maintained. Nice swimming pools and sun beds. Friendly people, many Englishmen. The communication with the landlord went very well (email). We were able to get a late check-out for 30 euros, which was very nice.

The area is lively, with many bars and (surprisingly good!) restaurants and live music in the evenings. Due to the convenient location in the dead-end street, we heard nothing in the apartment here. Large and reasonably priced supermarket within a 5-minute walk. For those who like; there is a wonderful children's play paradise there.

We made some nice walks from Los Cristianos; to Adeje - over the boulevard, top mountain (montana) Chayofita - easy path to stroll up and nice views over the coast, and to Las Galletas via Palm-Mar and past Faro Arona lighthouse, a rougher and longer walking trip with clambering and and the bus back. Also we rented motorbikes, El Teide on; fantastic roads and beautiful views.

Opportunities for improvement apartment;
A list with information on how to check out, time, where to leave the dirty towels, sheets, the key.
Information about the complex, map, there is a drinking water purification machine, etc.
Buses update numbers and times (list in the apartment is no longer correct).
Wifi. We went to a restaurant with wifi but that is not ideal.
Coffee machine

Wonderful customer service and an even better apartment. We had a great time in Tenerife thanks to this company.

Lovely spacious apartment with fantastic views in a nice quiet area.

Stayed at the apartment in La Caleta and had a great time. Property very clean and comfortable and easy walking to a great selection of restaurants in the evening. Upper deck open views of the surrounding area and in the sun all day. Great team to work with and very helpful with minor difficulties taken care of immediately.
Will have to return

March 2019-Stayed at Los Cristianos (Los Corales) - Good communication pre-visit, great accommodation - superb support while in accommodation. Would book again in at least four of us staying. Will use Lupain again. Dean-Lincoln-UK

Excellent apartment in Cristian Sur, can highly recommend, it was spotless and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and efficient and will definitely use this company again.

The appartement was clean and beautiful. But its a verry quit place.

Good restaurants and the supermarket is close to the accomodation.

We stayed in lovely apartment in Dinastia complex.Everything you need,all mod cons and washing machine was so useful.Apartments large balcony overlooked the pool and all areas were so well maintained.
Really good sized apartment and loved it so much have booked to return next February.
