Unfortunately, our experience with this company was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

We instructed them to redesign our company website, expecting a professionally built WordPress website that would improve our online presence and generate more enquiries. Instead, we were left with a website that has since required an independent review and further remedial work at our own expense.

One of our biggest frustrations was discovering that the website design work had been outsourced overseas. This was never made clear during the sales process and was not what we believed we were paying for. The time difference meant communication was slow, with even simple amendments often taking days to receive a response, unnecessarily delaying the entire project.

Communication was poor throughout. It was common to spend 30 minutes or more on hold trying to speak to our account manager, only to be told they would call us back. More often than not, the callback never came, and the response was simply, "I'll send you an email." Resolving even straightforward queries became far more difficult than it should have been.

Following the launch of the website, we experienced a significant drop in enquiries. Whilst we appreciate that no company can guarantee Google rankings or sales, an independent review identified a number of technical and SEO issues that required attention. As a result, we are now having to spend a further £1,500 + VAT with another company to rectify the problems.

What disappointed us most was the company's response when these issues were raised. Rather than properly addressing our concerns, many were dismissed or we were simply referred back to previous emails. We also received conflicting explanations about aspects of the website's development, leaving us with very little confidence in the service we had received.

We spent a lot of our time trying to resolve matters privately, gathering evidence and giving the company every opportunity to put things right before leaving this review.

I have no doubt the company will respond to this review, as they have to others, and may disagree with what has been said. However, this review is a truthful account of our experience as a paying customer. We have retained extensive correspondence and supporting evidence relating to the points raised above.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company and would strongly encourage anyone to find a different company.

I have found this company so far excellent to work with. Staff have been so impressed with their help i have and still am receiving in a field which is not in anyway a speciality of mine , but have a feeling of trust with Luminal Digital. Jamie in particular i feel is looking after my project and gives me regular feedback and updates. Thanks Guys.

We were sold SEO services and we never received any reports as to what the company actually did for our £500 per month.

The only reports were monthly emails stating our rankings and excuses regarding Google search algorithms changing, but never any indication as to what they were actually doing to identify and address any on-page or off-page issues. Most companies would at least say we discovered these issues and here are the specific activities we done to fix the issue, or what we are planning to do.

We have many bad SEO providers in the past 16 years and this is just another one to add to our portfolio of useless SEO providers.

The company has now changed their name to Luminal Digital Limited and continues to invoice us under this new company for services that we asked to be discontinued and we never entered into any agreement with Luminal Digital Limited.

We made a big mistake responding to a random cold call email we were sent by this company, that should have been a red flag, as genuine trustworthy enterprises wouldn't send cold call emails.

We had a new website designed for our dancing group as our old website was very outdated. The team at ElevateOM (Avinash & Cristine) were extremely helpful, lots of checking in along the way to make sure we were happy with each section of the website as it was built.

Was completely mis-sold. Got promised the world by the salesman Keith who sold it to me, after already being doubtful of these type of people.
So I said I would create my domain and google page which I was told not to it will be taken care of for me, little did I know they done this to keep a hold of you and to make moving difficult.
Countless back and forth email interactions to tell them pictures do not fit , pictures are fuzzy etc they just kept sending over complete dribble to get the second invoice paid with no care in the world.
I was also told that the website price was the price after I said I was not paying a penny more which was fine up until I was told I had to create my own website content as this was not included lol. So the £600 was supposed to be for a smooth easy quick website with content and SEO optimisation with a google business page. Spent months getting the below average website online and fixed. Had to create my own content. Had to finish the google business page as it was created terribly in minutes just to shut me up and my website is not to be found anywhere online. So overall terrible experience which I did to save me time but cost me loads in the long run. My website was live for two weeks but they would not let me gain access to my domain for work reasons so I spent even more time trying to move. So a 10month process or so to end up getting about two weeks of a bad website then moving on. Could have used fiverr for half the price and half the hassle with a good website and SEO optimisation. STAY AWAY!
