Like other reviewers here, I would give zero stars if it were possible. Lumi have been hired (at unknown cost) to provide an online voting platform for the first-ever elections for directors of the Chelsea Bridge Wharf (London SW11) Right to Manage company. There is a long history of electoral manipulation at this development (which is not Lumi's fault), but in my view they have allowed themselves to become part of another unfair election.

They have set up a voting system that does not offer an “Abstain” option but instead offers “Discretionary” and mentions casually that these votes will go to the Chair (unnamed). What they fail to mention is that the Chair is also a candidate in the elections and can use these votes for himself or his allies, and against those he does not favour. This is not made clear at all.

Further, Lumi state they will not publish how many discretionary votes are used by the Chair to elect himself or his allies. So when we see the results, we have no way to distinguish how many leaseholders voted for each candidate and how many of that candidate’s votes came from the Chair.

This means not only an unfair election but also a total lack of transparency, making it impossible to judge the extent to which the results have been distorted.

Mr Ben Riley of Lumi refuses to say whether he was instructed by the current directors to withhold “Abstain” and replace it with “Discretionary” in order to give them an advantage, and he refuses to comment or provide me with Lumi’s complaints policy. I assume Lumi have no complaints policy, or else they do and Mr Riley is acting contrary to it. In either case, it shows a lack of ethics and professionalism, which is another reason to avoid them.

Therefore, I strongly recommend avoiding the use of Lumi.

This company is legitimate.

Customer service is really bad. Saudi guy sitting at jeddah tahlia branch cery rude. No way it is acceptable when i asked the information he refused to provide and showed rudeness. Very bad service providing by the lumi worker veru bad experience.

Morgana was very responsive to feedback about what I liked and didn't like. She was very well mannered and pleasant!

The same thing happened to me, as in one other customer reviewing, I should have read first also!! I would like a refund, and nobody is answering my emails, and they are still taking out of my account!!!I am going to the better business next!!!

Signed up but I was stupid to do so before reading legitimate reviews. This is a scam. I got nothing - no email or assistance - couldn't even cancel. All of a sudden PayPal notified me of automatic payments totaling close to $100! Trying to cancel....

Scammy. Hidden $35 charge and when I contacted them they pretended not to know what was going on even though I had the receipts to prove it. They are evil.

Does not work any better than something half its price

This is a scam. I only signed up for the $.99 and just was charged an additional $49.99

I don’t even know what Lumi is but I was charged 49.99 also just like similar post, have called and emailed started a dispute with my bank.. I keep seeing where Lumi is replying to some post saying that it’s not them but that’s a blatant lie it’s them just trying to cover up the fact that they’re stealing from people !! This is not a reputable company so not go to their site you will be loosing $50 before you know it !!

I wish I would see those reviews before I fell into a spam. My experience is the same as others who have reviewed. I was checking out a site...taking a quiz on my style and selected the .99 cent trial. And than a nice 39.99 is billed to my account. Stay away. No point to email “support” they will not refund you money even if you call within 5 mins from the charge on the account. BEWARE

The app is BS, I was charged .99 cents a few times them 4.99 without even knowing why. Then they said all es non refundable. No glimpse of what I am getting. Not trustworthy, stay away!

I got sweaty from being outside in high humidity. I put Lumi to the test instead of showering and it dried me right out! I was shocked. I would have showered, but I didn't need to after the Lumi!!

Should be negative stars! This company dings 99 cents when you sign off on something and then BOOM $50 in a couple of days. I set up no account and can't log in for services. Doesn't recognize my purchase. ZERO response from customer service after several attempts. Stay away!!!

I used this under my arms after my shower at night and the next morning I had body odor for the first time ever. I use different forms of Secret deodorant and never have body odor.
Also, the woman doctor on tv is disgusting the way she talks, butt crack, boobs, etc. Don’t buy this product!

Used lumi ended up at the dermatologist, terrible rash. DO NOT USE. This stuff is dangerous.

It wasn’t edible, the taste/smell down there made me gag!!!!!

I ordered your Lumē deodorant stick and am not pleased at All. Maybe it's the clean tangerine that's not working for me. It's not the smell it just doesn't work!
Any suggestions?
