My experience with Craig Rossow as my trainer was exceptional for several reasons. Craig had a remarkable ability to understand and address the challenges I faced, His guidance and assistance were invaluable throughout the entire process, and his support made a significant difference in my progress and overall experience.

I had Craig as my trainer and although our calls were sparse, each time was very supportive and he understood my challenges and needing to extend my course. He was very helpful throughout the whole process.

I've been studying under Krish Thhaker and the experience has been great. He is very understanding of changing schedules and gives advice clearly and directly. I couldn't recommend him more.

To Aline and Daniel,

A big thanks to both of you for all your guidance, support, and encouragement throughout my "Diploma of IT in Cyber Security" journey ! Completing this course has been a significant milestone for me, and I couldn't have done it without your expert teaching and dedication.

The skills and confidence I've gained during this diploma will undoubtedly be invaluable as I move forward in my career.

Thank you both once again for being such amazing mentors. I truly appreciate everything you've done for me!

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,

Gaby Tannous.

Throughout my time under Mr Sanjay instruction, I have found him to be exceptionally nice, polite, and helpful. His professional demeanor and supportive approach have greatly contributed to my learning experience and overall success.

Mr. Verma’s guidance and teaching style align perfectly with my learning needs. I'm really happy with everything

During my course, I had the opportunity to work with three different teachers, and Daniel was my final instructor for the last six months. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Daniel not only made the entire learning process smoother but also provided valuable insights that enriched my understanding. He made the remainder of the course far more enjoyable. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone pursuing their studies at Lumify Learn.

I recently completed the Cert IV in IT Networking and had trainers Craig and Dan through my course. These trainers are definitely top notch and the self paced nature of online learning with Lumify is definitely great for people trying to also manage life’s other priorities.
I have no hesitations in recommending Lumify Learn to anyone wishing to get into the IT space.
Will definitely be going through them again if I am to further my studies.

My trainer is Dan Armstrong, and this is the second certificate I’ve completed with him. Highly recommended and very easy going. The course itself is excellent, theory work can be tedious but the lab scenarios are more interactive and closely related to actual work environment.

The teaching and support of the educator was exceptional. Daniel Armstrong was my trainer and he was always happy to assist with any questions I had. I have definitely learnt a lot from this course and the institute. Would definitely sign up again!

I couldn’t be happier with lumify learning, my son in year 11 wanted to do the cert 1V in IT (networking).
My initial contact was with Michael Alexi who was extremely helpful in explaining the coarse and how it would work for my son who wanted to do his year 11 study’s as well as the cert 1V. This was quite a challenge as it was an unusual situation for his high school. We also had to wait until he turned 16.
Micheal was very supportive and communicated flawlessly with my son’s school and made the whole process easy with no problems.
My son had an initial interview with Aline Kokotovic before starting to see if the coarse would be suitable for him. I came away feeling extremely confident that this company and the coarse would be perfect for my son.
After this interview my son was contacted by his trainer Daniel Armstrong who is an exceptional trainer and mentor.
My son has now completed this coarse and is now doing his diploma in IT with Lumify Learning.
I cannot thank you all enough for your support, great communication and awesome professionalism.

Great. Company! Having researched similar online IT training companies I found this one to be far superior in terms of service and value. My son is on the spectrum and I have been blown away by their communication, availability and dedication to working through his issues. I would highly recommend this company for online IT training.

My journey with the Certificate III in Information Technology at Lumify Learn was long but rewarding. I've always had a tendency to procrastinate, and that's exactly what I did. For months and months, I put off doing the work and joining the sessions with my trainer, Rajalakshmi. Before I knew it, I only had four months left to complete the course, and I had only finished three units. The facilitators at my academy, IDEA (Innovation Design Entrepreneurship Academy), reached out to my trainer to find out where I was at. They made a plan. However, another one of my weaknesses is following plans. For the last few months of the course, I joined every meeting and did the work. I made sure to email Rajalakshmi if I had any problems. She was really supportive and always gave me detailed answers to help me improve my work. I only worked on my Certificate III in Information Technology twice a week, as I was busy with my IDEA work from Monday to Wednesday. A week before the due date, I still had a few more units to complete. I didn't think I would be able to do it, but by communicating with Rajalakshmi, I organised a few more meetings. I was able to complete my Certificate III in Information Technology on the due date (27th June 2024).

I highly recommend using Lumify Learn. Their courses aren't just theoretical; they have lots of practical aspects too!

Smooth learning experience. Good communication and feedback.

The teacher (lecturer?) took the time to make sure I understood the assignments. No matter how stupid or intelligent my questions were, he was able to answer them. Some aspects of this course have been a steep-ish learning curve for me, so I'm impressed that Krish was able to help me through it. Thanks, Mate!

Rajee is the perfect trainer. She is well spoken, well mannered and she guides you through a course with ease.

I had a great experience with my trainer, Rajalakshmi. She was extremely helpful, always responding to my emails and providing valuable advice on how to improve my work. Although the course was challenging at times, the support I received helped me get through it and enjoy the experience. The learning materials were easy to follow and explained everything clearly. The online platform was also very user-friendly and provided easy access to additional learning materials.

I want to say a big thank you to my online trainer, Krish Thhaker.

Krish’s expertise, knowledge, and guidance have helped me navigate the complexities of IT concepts and have enabled me to excel in my certification journey.

Krish always went above and beyond to ensure my success, providing timely feedback, answering questions promptly, and offering invaluable insights.

Thanks to Krish’s dedication and commitment, I achieved my certification and gained a deeper understanding and appreciation for the world of IT.

I wholeheartedly recommend Krish as an online trainer to anyone looking to confidently and succeed on their IT certification journey!

Regarding Lumify, their online platform is incredibly user-friendly, offering seamless access to course materials and resources. What truly sets Lumify apart is its unwavering support and personalised approach to learning.

It was an amazing learning experience with Krish Thhaker in my regular online class.

Hats off!! You are such an amazing trainer.

Although I am completely new in an IT business, he made me crystal clear at my confusion as per my needs with his polite friendly manner.

I really appreciate your support providing your valuable time and effort.

Best wishes  Krish on your IT carrier

Completing the Certificate IV in Systems Administration has been, and was an amazing journey for me. The course provided a comprehensive understanding of various Systems Administration concepts and equipped me with so many hands on / practical skills essential for success in the field.

I found the training delivery to be exceptional. Mark Hegarty was very knowledgeable, approachable, and dedicated to ensuring that I grasped the material effectively. The blend of theoretical learning with hands-on practical exercises allowed me to not only understand the concepts but also apply them in real world scenarios, which was invaluable. Mark would always be ready to reply to a late night email or schedule a check-up time, no matter how quickly I needed it. Mark was amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better teacher.

I feel confident and well-prepared to pursue roles in Systems Administration and IT as a whole. Coming from already working in IT myself for the last 4 years, this course has just made things so much easier to understand and put into practice. This course has also helped me in my knew job with C3 Group, who are an MSP that provide IT to a multitude of companies.

Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in pursuing a career in Systems Administration. The quality of instruction, the relevance of the curriculum, and the practical nature of the training make it an excellent choice for individuals looking to enter or advance in the field of IT. Whether you're a beginner or seeking to enhance your existing skills, this course offers something valuable for everyone.

What made my learning experience truly impactful was the emphasis on practical application and the opportunity to work on real-world projects. This hands-on approach not only solidified my understanding of the concepts but also gave me the confidence to tackle challenges confidently in a professional setting. Additionally, the supportive learning environment fostered collaboration and encouraged growth, making the entire experience both enjoyable and rewarding.

I will also add, if you are someone like myself who isn't a auditory learner, more a hands-on/ visual learner this is the course for you and you are in very good hands for support from both the Lumify Team and your Teacher!.
