I completed IT helpdesk package with CCNA, ITIL and AZ900 live-virtually. The instructors were competent and guided very well. The course was well structured with hands on labs. I have completed one exam so far and think would be able to complete others as well. Good experience overall

CCNA 5-Day Course Feedback

I felt the 5 day course was average at best. While the trainer was knowledgeable and I had unlimited mock exams, the course structure and delivery are fundamentally flawed, making it an inadequate preparation for the official exam and ultimately feeling like a waste of time. As I failed my first exam attempt before taking this course, I believe my opinion are valid concerns if they continue to offer the 5-day course.

The primary issue is that the 5-day course is not a tailored, accelerated experience; it's a heavily "watered-down" version of the standard offering. Despite notifying the trainer of my previous exam attempt and experience, the delivery remained a beginner-level, slides-heavy presentation for 70% of the time. Critical topics like IPv6, WLC GUI, and crucial troubleshooting labs were either skimmed over or completely omitted, leaving significant gaps in the exam curriculum.

The course delivery also suffered from basic presentation and assessment failures:

Poor Presentation Tools: The trainer used a mouse for writing/drawing, which resulted in illegible notes. This is an easily correctable technical issue.

Ineffective Quizzing: The trainer displayed the answer on the slide while asking a question, nullifying the point of the quiz.

Inadequate Assessment: There was a significant lack of daily assessments. The single multiple-choice assessment provided seemed to use vague, "exam dump"-like questions which undermines its value as a genuine test of understanding.

Insufficient Troubleshooting Labs: Troubleshooting practice was minimal and only occurred when I personally misconfigured the commands. Given the importance of troubleshooting simulations in the current CCNA exam, a significant increase in dedicated, scenario-based labs (e.g., duplex mismatch, DHCP failures) is essential for exam confidence.

That said, I think the unlimited mock exams was a nice addition which boosted my final rating.

I'm hoping that some of these low hanging concerns will be taken care of for the future course takers and suffer the same experience as me.

Completed ITIL 4 Foundation course. Trainer was very difficult to understand, thick accent and spoke extremely fast with no inflection so it was almost completely monotone. Half the time she was reading off the slides and her notes were rubbish - they were written using her mouse and the Pen function but absolutely illegible.

When reviewing sample questions and answers, she kept roasting me about wrong answers. "I already told you this", "You should have read the slides", "Why don't you get this?" and other similar comments.

Be weary of the 5-star reviews already here, they are clearly fake and written by employees or associates of the company.

Not worth the time and money

To me, it’s a waste of money! waste of time!! 3 parts: courses, mock test and Internship. Course quality that I got was mostly average, some very poor that I dropped to save time. The second time (different class) I had to go through the same poor quality, I wrote email to assess the quality. So I dropped. They rescheduled with a different trainer. Fortunately, the new trainer was good and came prepared with material. However, I wasted two weeks there already and the rescheduled classes were rescheduled again. I had also paid for the exams so I took mock tests: the system was poorly developed and no proper user interface including partial questions and at one point un-clickable options. A couple of times, it was just me and no trainer. I would wait but then the admin would book a mock test, which is to me a waste of time as I did not come for that. Anyway, I hoped big with internship. The day they gave me the password to assess the internship, I was disappointed. Very old methods, not worth paying for such internship, on top of that, repeated topics (same or similar topics repeated more than 3 times). They were also not updated which you will know with the change in code by Microsoft for a certification. The Career gear up session was rescheduled for me 3 times, I don’t know why. I asked them to not change the date, but they pushed over 6 weeks away. So I quit ultimately. Waste of time and money. Honestly, I relied on YouTube, linked in and Udemy and Microsoft learn. I am learning on my own after over 4 months of disappointing experience that I paid for.

Not worth the money

I personally was expecting way more from a salesforce administrator course. 3K spent and in my opinion you learn more on trailhead. They did show me how to navigate the salesforce platform but they probably covered 20% of the topics that you find in the exam (also the questions for the exam they gave me were WAY EASIER then the actual exam). The trainer was hard to understand and more then half of the time the labs were not working properly. On the last day the trainer wanted to finish the session after 1 hour (instead of 3) and at the end they just gave me some labs to do and when I needed explanation the trainer was nowhere around! I wouldn't do it again

Got details of Logitrain from a couple…

Got details of Logitrain from a couple of friends who are generally very critical of service providers but they highly recommended it. Joined the job ready course and immediately realised why they were so impressed with it. From the first call to the last certification exam I was amazed at the passion of the staff and specially their trainers. They took the time to explain the concepts, discussed real world problems, motivated us and guided us. I must admit taking the exams within a short time frame is challenging and hard at times but I knew I need to learn and be better then other job candidates in order to succeed. In my experience with studies in Australia, Logitrain is right up there as they feel our success is their success and that's what makes them a successful organisation. I keep recommending them all the time

The whole institute should be banned

The whole institute should be banned. They are not professional at all. I took a course, and the instructor/tutor was consistently late. He also said, 'Don't tell Murad or anyone in the institute that I am late. I will cover the time and can also go a little bit extra.' I swear, he never went beyond the scheduled time and always finished early.

He never used the live Azure portal; instead, he only taught using PowerPoint slides. I had already completed a course on Udemy before taking this one, and he missed many topics that were covered there.
I deeply regret contacting LogiTrain, and I feel bad for my employer as they paid for this course.

Massive waste of money

Do not use this company if your looking at certification exam training and learning. Logitrain is not professional with how they treat customers.
- I attended in class room for the first day of CCNA. The classroom was messy (coffee cups, rubbish) and not prepared at all. I switched to Zoom for the rest, this was not worth the train ride in.
- The learning resources are thrown together with notes and cut and paste sections from Cisco. Call me crazy, but I would expect something more professional from a training company. People who did not have a IT or networking background struggled and this was basically a waste of time for them based on their engagement.
- The final day is just a mock exam, so you will only have 4 days for time with an instructor.
- I committed to CCNP when I booked CCNA, so I have already had my employer pay for the 10 day CCNP before I had started CCNA. While I passed my CCNA, it was due to using other online learning services. Had I known how Logitrain actually is, I never would have doubled down on CCNP with them.
- I booked CCNP as a 10 day course. 4 days of ENCOR + mock exam, 4 days of ENARSI + mock exam. I found out at the end of the 4th day of the first week, the rest of the course was not occuring the following week. There was no definitive date of when ENARSI would occur. So I am basically waiting for an eventual email. I have training leave with my employer so this was a waste of 5 days. This was not mentioned when I called Logitrain to initially enquire about booking.
- About a month later I received an email on a Thursday about the rest of the CCNP training that would start on the following Monday. I was dealing with a family emergency and not going to be home, I requested for this to be rescheduled with more warning in advanced (expecting some options for planning ahead)
- I've now moved into a different job and am involved with a project, today I received another email again from Logitrain about the rest of the CCNP training starting next week. I am in no place to do this, I can't request a week off at a new job I am only 2 weeks into. It was explained to me this is my only option, if I do not attend the Zoom meeting the training would be marked as delivered. That's it. No option for forecasting into 2025 for any training which I can work out with my employer. CCNP costs around $5700 with Logitrain.
- If your studying for certification use online learning services instead and authorised mock exam providers, this whole experience was a massive waste of money.

Absolutely TERRIBLE, unbelievable…

Absolutely unbelievable terrible experience. I've lost more than $7000 grand with this SCAM called Logitrain!
Be sure and prepared that I will be writing an in-depth, thorough review of one of the the worst service providers in Australia.
I want my money back!!!

Here's a preview of what awaits you if you deal with them:
- Well trained marketing lady which will pressure you with "limited" spots.. Please note that I was applying for REMOTE courses via Zoom, and one some of the courses I ended up being the only student! Limited spots, really?
- Terrible overall quality of "courses". Rushed CCNA in a week, I was only able to follow because I ALREADY had done a full course on CCNA.. I pity the poor other students who thought they can learn everything for the CCNA in a week..
- The only thing they were good at is booking mock exams. Even though some mock exams were run on a new platform (about 5% and I booked a lot) most of them were quite obsolete on a software full of bugs - No drag N drop, checkboxes that don't work.. leaving me with an "idea" of my test result but often far from being accurate. As an IT guy I ended up finding my mock tests and software myself.
- "Teachers" that come unprepared, some of them I had to give them advice on how to teach properly (facepalm) - "teachers" that were LATE for the Zoom course - or even NOT SHOWING UP AT ALL !!! How's that for a professional service!
- Average to TERRIBLE overall quality of "courses"... I mean, you'll find SO MUCH BETTER for free on Youtube. If only I had knew.
- No kind of "follow up" by the administration. They really just care about your money. After that you'll be at best sent some links for the courses and that's it.
- I had to be after these guys CONSTANTLY asking when's my next course? What's the planning? What's happening? etc..
- "FAKE" "Internship" with ridiculous instructions like "go to this website and do the labs in this pdf" etc.. or NO instructions at all! The first step of their so called "Internship" was to write "Technical Writing" essays or whatever WITHOUT usingChatGPT. Really? Are we living in 2024 or what? After using ChatGT to generate a few boring "Technical Writings" adding close to ZERO value to my life or experience, the CEO Murad would just reply me telling that my writings were AI generated and I had to re-do them. I gave up at that moment.
Most importantly: how on earth are you supposed to justify this ridiculous "Fake Internship" on a job interview??!
I was ASHAMED of having to say that I used Logitrain - just like Murad should be ashamed of himself for the rest of his life for creating and perpetrating such a scam - targeting vulnerable migrants and job seekers with his TRASH "job ready program"!
- Oh and talking about job interviews.. Here's all you'll get from their "experts": a "Career Gear Up Session" running roughly every month (if you're lucky) - which doesn't matter because only one session will be enough for you to understand it's just about giving you a few guidelines on how to write a resume and cover letter. That's it. Now good luck to you finding a job my friend!
I've made requests to have a proper session to prepare me for an interview and was left with a bland reply by Logitrain (as usual) "we have another Career Gear Up session in about 1.5 month.
OK Great.. I guess I'm on my own.

Now I'm officially supposed to have finished my program and "internship" with them after 3 months, and guess what is happening?
Nothing at all!
No follow up, not even a single email from the team!

My next communication will come from me, to ask for a refund for a scandalous service - the absolute shame of the entire universe - from a company that teaches ITIL principles (quality of service) - Just unbelievable.

I'm not done with you, Logitrain. Some dishes are best served cold.

Fraud, cheating for money...

Had a network training, felt really disappointed and shocked that there is no lab setup or preparations..Nothing worked in the lab.., the instructor only can read through the study guide and had no practical kills on how to configure their lab and demonstrate anything.......more importantly, the course didn't deliver the contents as mentioned in the course outlined....

This is now a total fraud,, please avoid....

You registered for the course last year on 05 July 2023, made initial enquiry in June 2023. Spoke to us a few times and messaged on Saturday 29 July 2023 to register.

Throughout the course there were many requests to change the course time and dates which were accommodated. During the course you went overseas, and we had to reschedule the courses at a loss to us. You were also given course resits. Not remember your name, that is truly sad, Insia :(

We have records of your numerous phone calls, several emails and about 30 SMS messages which have been responded after the course registration. You were provided a discount and did not pay $8000.

You attended all the courses, resat some training courses, received textbooks, attempted mock test, official certification exams and did the internship. It is truly sad justice was not done and left a bad review for no reason.

AVOID

My apologies this is quite long but it has been 4 months since this training was supposed to occur....

In December last year after getting funding approval I booked a course of 4 days in person training (AZ-500 prep) with one day of supervised mock exams at the end and requested a start date in January.
Despite the company still showing the Jan dates as available the resulting invoice showed 12th Feb start.
I queried this and asked to be put on an earlier course, eventually I was offered 5th Feb which I accepted on the understanding I would be put on an earlier course if a seat came free. It did not.
On checking the joining details I was surprised to find this course was not face to face but online. If that had been made clear to me I would not have accepted the re-schedule as I prefer face to face training, in fact that is the primary reason for selecting Logitrain over other options but I guess that was my fault for not checking the fine print.

On 5th Feb I checked in to find I was the sole participant in the training, odd, another benefit of the course (interacting with peers and networking) is lost but ok....
The the trainer started the course - the first section of this course and about 20-30% of its total content is devoted to Microsoft's cloud identity and access management technology. This was significantly changed in October 23. I was very surprised to find the trainer did not know this and was about to deliver out of date content. I requested a pause at that point. Oh and I had also been told in the introduction that the course had been reduced from 4 days training (plus one day for mock exams in their lab) to just 3 days online and no mock exams. There followed an unpleasant half day where I was told all sorts of misleading and incorrect information in an attempt to railroad me into accepting the situation. I did not. Eventually and with bad grace I was told I could be moved to the course scheduled for 18th March.

On 18th March about 15 mins before the course was due to start I received an email stating the start had been delayed due to the trainer having had an accident. About 4.30pm I requested an update and was told the course was cancelled and I was now registered for one starting on 29th April. As this delay was excessive I requested an earlier course start date (there were earlier dates showing as available on the company's web site). I tried multiple times to get a better start date but was refused. At that point I requested a refund..

Then I was told the following:

"We had allocated all the resources as per our obligation; however, we can issue a refund as requested to maintain a relationship with xxx.

We will deduct the course material cost $129, exam cost $275, administration cost of $450 and issue the refund of the remaining amount in the original payment method. Please note: we have not charged for the training.

The request can take up to five business days."

My response was :

You did not run the course in a timely fashion, you did not meet your obligations. It was originally booked, as you know for January, it was deferred to 5th Feb (by Logitrain) and then on that date I discovered it was based on out of date content (changes by Microsoft made in October 23 were not incorporated) and thus re-booked for 18th March.

The book was provided as a pdf : this costs $ 52 not 129, even the hardcopy version is just AU$64.

No exam reservation has been made.
You may have some admin costs but $450 is excessive in the extreme.
What you propose is unreasonable.

At this point Logitrain still want to deduct $715 and refund just $1684. They had not provided me with the exam voucher or any justification for a $450 admin fee. After a total of about 50 emails back and forth and little satisfaction I feel I have exhausted my options trying to get Logitrain to behave in a reasonable, professional fashion. Please do not use this organisation.

It appears to me their business model is based on misleading promotion of courses that are only run IF they get sufficient interest. They certainly do not have sufficient qualified staff on hand to deliver their commitments in the case of sickness or other incidents, I suspect they mostly pay casuals on demand from whatever location to turn up and deliver the courses online when they do run. They appear to have a real training facility in Melbourne only.

The course registration we received was for either online or face-to-face. The course on 05 Feb 2024 was not run as you decided not to continue on the day although the trainer explained the difference and we wanted to deliver but you decided to move it. Later on, you asked to cancel and receive a refund.

We are sad to say, the details provided are not factual, we assisted as much as we could, however the course was cancelled by the participant, we provided the exam voucher, we do not use casuals and majority of our staff is permanent, we have offices in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.

The sales person Fay who i met to discuss the options to do cybersecurity course was n't professional at all. she was quite rude in my assessment and rushed to see me out the door. i wanted to recommend to my colleagues and friends but definitely not after this experience
