Lumify Learn Arvostelua

First contact with Vivek was the smoothest interaction I've had with an education provider. Professional, courteous, attentive and approachable he helped me get on the path to my new career with absolutely no stress!

I was trained by Rajee,She was very supportive and encouraging throughout my course. She explains concept clearly and make learning easy.
Overall ,an excellent trainer who truly cares about student.

From the first phone call with John, I could tell immediately that this company has an amazing human touch. John has instilled me with confidence going forward.

I signed up to the AI course but was very disappointed in the experience. It was meant to be an online, self-paced course with tutor support but the tutor was never available. We were just given access to PluralSight videos (which are available for a MUCH smaller monthly fee) with no support and little to no instruction on how we should proceed through the course. After a few weeks of such a terrible experience I requested a refund. Not only did they take $750 from the refund for 'admin costs', they wouldn't process the refund for 6 weeks. Even then, after six weeks I still hadn't received my refund. I've had to chase them up and apparently they missed the payment run and I'll have to wait longer. No compensation, I'm just meant to wait for a refund of thousands of dollars. Just awful.

Amazing teacher/professor/trainer.
Couldn't ask for more, my trainer Craig was absolutely amazing.
Great training sessions, very comprehensive towards my availability, always giving constructive feedbacks.
Teachers like Craig are hard to find, it makes this whole study and working a very different and enjoyable journey.
I would definitely recommend Lumify Learn to anyone that would like a fresh start.

Thank you so much vivek For enrolling me to the course I am really interested to join it’s helped me a lot.

I worked with Lumify Learn Course Advisor John to enroll in an online course.

It was a fantastic experience as I received multiple follow ups, clear and professional communication and a clear course outline/objective.

All information matched up - from John, to the website, to the enrollment process, everything was consistent.

John was really passionate and made me excited about starting the course. His continual follow up helped make sure I took the first steps regardless of all the other things happening in life.

Daniel Armstrong is a great teacher, so supportive and easy to work with.

Thank you for sharing all the information.

My experience with Lumify as a learning provider has been incredibly supportive and great value!

I enrolled with Lumify 12 months ago to potentially change my career into the field of Cybersecurity. Coming from a completely non-technical background and a full-time carer, I really didn't know whether I'd have the skills to learn enough about Cybersecurity to actually enter the industry. But looking back now, having completed the course, I realise how well designed it really was and how Lumify laid what I needed out in front of me, in the right order, with no prior knowledge required. Not only that, I was able to complete the online study in the estimated time frame that was given by Lumify at my original enrollment meeting.

Without Lumify I would have been directionless and had no idea how to find the study tools and content to create a road-map to achieve my goals in such a short period of time. Their learning platform was easy to navigate and gave me all the study content required to pass all of my exams on the first attempt!

I would like to give a special mention to Sanjay Verma for his regular live classes and being a mentor to myself and my other study mates through their journey. He created a class environment that was fun, engaging, supportive and because of this I have already met some new comrades along the way.

I have now begun my career in Cybersecurity and am continuing to develop my professional skills through my new employer, CyberZone Global (a PCI QSA & CREST PenTest Company).
I still have a lot to learn, but through this study I have been provided the right platform as a springboard on which to launch my cyber career.

The future is looking bright, thank you Lumify!

Craig Rossow is an amazing trainer he's super helpful and understanding! I enjoyed every minute of my Information Technology III course and I'm just sad it has to end. Craig is super fun to talk to and always helped out with all the questions i was stuck on, explaining and walking me through them clearly. He was such a major help throughout this and I'm so forever grateful for his support!

I understand IT a lot more than i did before enrolling and have learnt a bunch of new skills because this course. I'm excited to see where it takes me! It's a great starting point and i would definitely recommend this course to anybody wanting to get into IT!

John was one of the coolest people I have spoken to over the phone.

He was full of joy & was actually interested in my background, what I am doing now & my future.

It is very rare to find people like him who are so easy to talk to & to be honest we need more of him in any sort of over the phone customer service.

There is no question why he already has 10+ reviews on TrustPilot.

If you are considering learning through Lumify Learn I would speak to him & he will answer any question & talk to you with enthusiasm.

I had such a positive experience speaking with John about enrolling in the Certified AI Engineer Professional course. From the very beginning, he was genuinely interested in understanding why I wanted to study AI and whether this course was the right fit for my goals.

He wasn’t pushy at all! Just thoughtful, honest, and supportive. I felt like I was being listened to and guided rather than sold to, which made a huge difference for me. John answered every one of my (many!) questions with patience and clarity, and by the end of our conversation, I felt confident and excited to begin this new chapter.

If you’re unsure about whether this path is right for you, I can genuinely say that having someone like John walk you through it makes all the difference. I’m grateful for the support and can’t wait to see where this course takes me!

Lumify Learn provided an excellent foundation for my Cert 3. Rajee was an outstanding instructor – incredibly knowledgeable, clear, and always supportive. Their guidance made the complex topics easy to grasp and truly enhanced my learning experience

Shes the most helpful lady ive ever had as a teacher.
She was always helping me no matter how many meetings i missed due to being sick.
Thank You Raja

Working with Craig Rossow has made learning these it skills and information a great experience with this course. Would highly recommend this course and platform of learning to my friends and others. Recently got new employment and this course has provided me with a great set of skills for my new employment.

Nyeem Zoarder has been an excellent trainer and has been able to guide me above and beyond what was in the course content.

Upon moving to Krish Thhaker for my trainer, I rapidly progressed with the completion of my course. Krish was extremely helpful, providing valuable explanations for my questions. Krish enhanced my learning through pushing me to be the best version I can currently be and looking back, I cannot recognise my previous work from my current, I see myself as a new version of myself when it comes to Website Design / Development following Krish's valuable input. I highly recommend Krish as a trainer.

My trainer, Krish Thhaker, has maintained a professional and supportive learning environment and has provided a clear guidance and encouragement throughout the course. Due to Krish, I learned not only valuable web development skills from this course, but also important lessons about being a professional as a whole. He offers advice that extends beyond technical skills, which I find to be a very important addition to the course for any aspiring IT professional. With utmost respect and appreciation, Krish.

I had the pleasure of learning from Krish in the Diploma of Information Technology (Back End Web Development), and I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the course.

My trainer Rajee (Rajalakshmi Kandasamy), was very helpful and accommodating as I was undergoing the Certificate III course. It was easy to get in contact for help, because of her fast response time.

Whether communicating with her or the support staff, my questions were fully answered in a timely fashion.

When giving feedback, Rajee was informative but kind in a way that helped me better understand the subject matter. So, if I choose to do another ICT course in the future, I’ll be coming back to Lumify Learn.
