Have not received the product two months after ordering. Multiple emails and only once I got a reply saying it got lost in the mail. Seems suspicious to me for an expensive purchase. Very disappointed. Will be following this up the bank and other review sites to see what is going on.

Its been a month i placed my order , haven’t receive any updates regarding. The tracking id given is fake

I bought 2 lampshades that weren’t suitable. I asked for details to return them. The address is in China. I sent a reply and all correspondence with them has vanished from my I pad. £120 down the drain. Fuming. 😡

This company is a scam! don't waste any money! They don't send the products saying they got lost to keep you away long enough from making a complain to your credit card holder !!!! Stay away!!!

Don’t buy anything from these people.
The items show as shipped immediately then they will be stuck at some imaginary hub. The tracking number doesn’t exist and they do not reply to requests for information or refunds.
7 weeks after order I still do not have the lights or my money. Awful company.

Lights arrived and didn’t match the description in the website - they refused to take them back, instead saying they’d give me a 50% discount if I would keep them. In the end, I had to pay to send the lights back Ans they were large so postage was very expensive. Beware - the website is slick but the quality ans customer Sevice very shoddy. Cheap products from China, misleading website description.

The company has obviously had an issue with the supply on the Among Us LED light that I ordered. The light works with batteries fine, but the cable port broke easily. Company replaced my original item and then refunded me when the same thing happened on the 2nd one, also giving me a discount code for future. Product was dodgy but the company's customer service was fair in my opinion.

Absolutely appalling. Half of my order arrived and it’s cheap crap and not like the description or the photos.
The other half of my order (Christmas lights) was despatched on the 3rd December and still no sign. The tracking does not work and they refuse to give a refund.

I bought some lights for a Christmas gift for my son and they are faulty. I emailed customer service team who asked for a video of the issue, they don't work, so I obliged and I am still waiting for a resolution! I just want my money back so I can re order ones that will work for my son! Is it too much to ask!

I bought some Christmas lights , as a treat to myself to make the house look more festive, since 2020 was a bit rubbish. The day they arrived I opened the parcel and was really disappointed with the quality (the lights weren't cheap!) The wiring was really thin and looked flimsy. I put the lights up anyway - they lasted for a grand total of 15 mins before the wire broke for no good reason (the wire wasn't pulled taut, there was plenty of slack, and there wasn't any weight on it). I actually smelled burning, so I think the lights may have fused and burned through the wire! I e-mailed them immediately to ask for a refund. The first e-mail I got they apologised for the slow response and explained that they had lots of customer emails to deal with. It was a generic response and didn't address my request for a refund at all. I sent a second e-mail and reiterated the problem and asked for a refund again. They responded a second time and asked me for a 'clearer photo or video to help us figure out the problem better'. The problem was blindingly obvious, the wire had snapped after the lights had been on for 15 mins! I e-mailed them again, with another photo, and asked for a refund for the third time. They finally acknowledged my request on the 13th of January and they have given me a full refund today (14th January). I guess the moral of the story is be persistent and you may get a refund. I won't be buying from them again.

Don't buy from this company. The lights are not fit for purpose and potentially dangerous, their customer service is non-existent and you will be waiting a very long time for your order. Also, you will not get your money back. If you have been affected by this scam of a business, report to Trading Standards.

Do not buy from this company. The item they supplied is unsafe, the lights had a euro cable and they supplied an adapter. But the cable hangs loosely from the adapter and isn't safe. I have been in constant correspondence with them over the last few weeks requesting to return and get a refund but just keep getting fobbed off and offered a partial refund. A really terrible experience.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE - IGNORING MY EMAILS FOR OVER 11 DAYS AND EVEN BEFORE THEN I HAVE BEEN EMAILING FOR A MONTH TO TRY AND GET A REFUND YET NO RESPONSE AND NO COMPENSATION. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCTS THEN REFUSE YOU A REFUND. I ordered the Saturn touch light. Looks nothing like the photos on the website. Its so poorly made and dangerous as the plug does not connect properly so could be a fire hazard. NEVER SHOP HERE ITS A WASTE OF MONEY. RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ordered some Christmas lights in November. They arrived almost a month later, just before Christmas and were terribly cheap-looking. The power cable was about 5cm long so they couldn't be hung at the window as intended. Not really sure what use they would be to anyone. Have emailed repeatedly to request a refund but have got no response. Awful company

I bought two sets of lights from Lumiano. The first set arrived and work fine but the second set arrived a week later and the cord to plug them in is only 70cm long! Way shorter than the first set that arrived. The lights cannot be hung up anywhere as the cord does not reach a socket. I have emailed lumiano, witn a photo, only to be told that they won't refund my lights as there is not an issue with them!
Its honestly just a scam. Horrible cheap lights and no customer service.

I cannot stress this enough, avoid this company, you're throwing your money away. They aren't interested.

Ok product; took a month to ship (by which time it was too late to use it as it was a Christmas light). Poor and slow customer service (took 3-4 days to respond); didn’t feel they were at all interested after taking the money. Do not recommend for that reason and would not use again.

Ordered LED wall light, item has been with courier since 15th Dec according to their tracking info. No update over a week later and no response to any emails emails

I should have known to read reviews before buying. Very bad customer service from the start as I had an issue with PayPal and my address did not include the street name but only the number and postcode. Instead of looking this up they reached out to me and when I replied they ignored this for a few days. Next I had issues with Hermes and after asking for help they were not interested as they already had my money. Now the product has arrived 3 weeks after order it is not worth the money and is badly made. I will avoid and tell all my friends and family to avoid and read reviews in future. I will be buying my niece something else for Christmas this year.

I think this company is a scam. I ordered some lights and when checking out ended up with an extra rattan heart. I immediately contacted them asking to cancel the mistake. They didn’t reply. I still haven’t received either order and it’s 2 weeks ago. They contacted me saying they couldn’t cancel as it as it was dispatched. Very poor service and rubbish website. Very disappointed.

Do not use this company you will never get your items the tracking they send isnt real as hermes know nothing about my items.

It will always tell you no location. They do not contact you back about anything. Fraud request to be actioned
