My experience with Lumiaclinic was amazing and made super easy, I couldn’t recommend them enough Ibrahim safa and dr Ervin we’re fantastic to deal with and got me the smile I alway wanted, everything from the moment I booked my flights was super easy due to Ibrahim sorting everything for me, I previously had composite bonding which was stained and chipped and I decided to make the change to EMax veneers and it’s the best decision I ever made, Thanks again to all the team at Lumiaclinic

Iv just finished my treatment today at lumia clinic and I couldn’t be happier.
My dentist was amazing and so had such great patience. Safa my co-ordinator was there every step of the way and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible, she reassured me every step of the way, answering late night texts 🙈 checking in constantly and always had a friendly smile. They listened to every thing I had to say and made sure I was 100 percent happy before finishing treatment. I would recommend Lumia clinic to anyone thinking of travelling to Istanbul for dental treatment.

I cannot recommend Lumia Clinic highly enough. From the very first point of contact, the communication was clear, professional, and reassuring. Travelling abroad for dental treatment can feel overwhelming, but the team made the entire process completely stress-free.
From the moment I stepped off the plane in Turkey, everything was perfectly organised. My transfers were arranged smoothly, and all accommodations were sorted to a very high standard. I never once felt unsure about what was happening — everything was clearly explained and well coordinated.
The staff at Lumia Clinic are truly exceptional. They are not only highly skilled and professional, but also incredibly caring, gentle, and kind. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before, during, and after my procedure. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out to me.
My first dental procedure went so smoothly and the results were so impressive that I decided to go ahead with a second procedure while I was there. That decision was based entirely on the trust and confidence I had developed in the team. I felt completely safe and very well looked after at all times.
The final results are outstanding — better than I could have imagined. The quality of work, the professionalism, and the warmth of the entire team exceeded my expectations.

I will start with Ibrahim,, my Medical advisor,, what a gem to have found,
It is so hard to find the "right" place when you starting your dental/aesthetic journey and I really found gold when I got into contact with Ibrahim. I am so greatful to have that I could make contact with him as he really takes his role as advisor serious and really goes above and beyond,, ask for Ibrahim,,and you will see why,, he is amazing.
Safa, who was my Patient advisor was very helpful and so friendly, the two are a great team.
My dentist was great, Dr Erin,, he really made sure that everything went well and my teeth was done good.
Again,, Ibrahim just knows what you need amd helps you get there,,amazing guy!!!!!

Good communication, very curteouse, lots of preparation for the result you want. They went a step further to nake sure I was happy with results which were excellent. Place is clean , modern and efficient. Dentist Dr Hamil superb and staff saafa and saad on their best form. 😁

I travelled from Gold Coast Queensland Australia to Turkey as I heard about the very world class Cosmetic Dental clinics and was recommended from a friend how professional Lumia clinic had been for her dental works and from my very first consultation I felt comfortable to proceed with my own dental works which consisted full upper and lower dental implants and over the next 2 visits to complete teeth removal and implants installed to the fabrication and installation of the new dental plates the process was smooth and professional and very cost effective. I am now very confident to show off my new smile thanks to all the great staff from patient managers to the very proficient surgeons . Thanks again to Lumia Clinic 😃

Dr. Ervin did an absolutely perfect job on my teeth — his attention to detail, communication, and professionalism are unmatched. The results are outstanding, and I finally have the smile I always wanted.
The team at Lumia looked after me from the moment I landed. I was picked up from the airport, taken to my hotel, and guided through every step with clear communication. They explained exactly what to expect, supported me through the treatment, and checked in with me regularly, even between my visits back home in Australia.
Despite the intensity of the procedure, the care I received made everything feel smooth and reassuring. The aftercare was excellent, and they provided all necessary medication and instructions so I always felt safe, informed, and supported.
I am truly grateful for the outstanding service from Dr. Ervin and the entire Lumia team especially Safa coordinator .Travelling twice from Australia was absolutely worth it. I am beyond happy with the results and highly recommend Lumia Clinic to anyone considering dental treatment in Turkey.

I came across Ireland to Lumia Clinic here in Turkey and It was a great experience.
The whole team is friendly and energetic.
I had recently done EMAX Veneers with one of their Dr.s who was Dental Veneers and implant Specialist with enough experience. Honestly the Dr. Was Hardworking and very attentive to his Patient.

Everything went well. I am very happy and excited for my new smile.

I traveled from the U.S. to Istanbul to get my teeth done. At first, I wasn’t too happy that I didn’t get to speak with my doctor beforehand I didn’t even know who would be working on my teeth until I arrived. I think it would help a lot if patients could have a quick video call with their doctor before flying out, just for familiarity and peace of mind
But once I got there, everything changed. My consultant, Grace, was absolutely amazing! She was with me every step of the way comforting, caring, and fun. I bet I’m her worst patient ever lol but tbh She felt like a sister to me, and she truly showed empathy. She always put me first and made sure I felt safe and understood throughout the process.
Everyone at the clinic was kind, professional, and welcoming. They made me feel completely at home. I didn’t even feel homesick once! The driver was punctual and friendly, always picking me up from my hotel to the clinic on time.
When I finally met my doctor, Dr. Eren, on the day of my procedure, he was so gentle and patient. Even though we had just met, he quickly broke the awkward barrier and made me feel comfortable I’m very sensitive to pain but he took his time and made it easy for me.
Now that I’m back home it’s only been three days I already miss Turkey, mostly because of the people. They made this trip such a beautiful and unforgettable experience.

I travelled to Istanbul twice to complete my dental surgery,once in may for five days and then again three months later in August. The treatment I received was quite intensive, but I am very pleased with the results, I now have a fantastic set of teeth and a great smile. The team looked after me from start to finish. A special mention for Safa who was my interpreter and guide throughout the process, great communication and told me exactly what to expect, translating live as the surgery was being performed. I was picked up from the airport in Istanbul and taken to the hotel, I was constantly updated on pick up and drop off times to the surgery via WhatsApp. The aftercare during my three month gap was also really reassuring with messages of support. Of course having such intense surgery does not come without a little discomfort, but no pain no gain. The team also provided me with all the necessary medication and support. Overall I am very happy with the service I have received from all involved and of course the results.

I traveled from the US to have a full mouth restoration. I had to make 2 visits 3 months apart. On my second visit I also had lipo 360 and a tummy tuck. The first visit it was my best friend and I but I traveled alone for the 2nd one. If I can say anything it’s TRUST THE PROCESS. I have EXTREME dental phobia. I was scared of doing this whole thing without sedation. I was scared I wouldn’t like the outcome. I was scared to have these things done in a foreign country but I couldn’t be happier. I absolutely LOVE my new smile. It is absolutely beautiful. My cheeks hurt b/c I just can’t stop smiling. The doctors and staff became my friends during that 2nd visit and Dr. Umer would not stop until my smile was perfected(my case was difficult due to a severe underbite among other issues). His goal was to make sure I was completely satisfied and I am. I am just as content with my plastic surgery results as well thanks to Dr. Mehmet SOL MAZ. Even with all of the amazing doctors and my amazing results there is NO way I can write this review and not talk about the true star, Safa! Safa made sure I did not feel alone. Safa was there for me from the time I arrived until the time I departed. Safa came to see me in the hospital(after my plastic surgery) and brought me snacks and kept me company so I would not be alone. My experience would not be what it has been without Safa. So thank you Lumia and most importantly thank you Safa for making sure all my needs were met. You have exceeded my expectations!! ❤️❤️❤️
