Good product, slow delivery
The final product is very nice. The design is great. They say it will be 2-3 weeks from order to delivery but it took 4 weeks in total (and I didn't ask for any edits to the designs - approved them quickly). So it meant I missed the date I wanted to give it as a gift.

What’s not to love about this company
I purchased a hoodie from Lucy and Lola, with my two dogs faces. My dogs are a vulnerable breed so are not common.
A picture was drawn up of them, I wanted to amend this which was no problem. The amended picture was sent back to me and yet again I wanted it tweaked, I was able to send more photos also. The newly amended picture was sent back and it was perfect ….. I can not recommend this company enough, the cost, the quality and ease of uses is outstanding. I am ready to wear this with pride at crufts and will direct all this that comment to yourselves.

Beautiful embroidery work and very easy to work with. I had to keep getting the dogs altered as I have a coated show dog and a cute retired little princess who always wears pigtails so getting a single photo that helped show them correctly was difficult. The designer was happy to keep altering it and for me to email extra photos to assist. The outcome was perfect and I only wish that I was keeping it for myself but will get one for myself at a later date.

Absolutely love my new embroidered clothes
Absolutely love my new clothes! I got a white tee x3 for each of my pets, and a zip up jumper with all three pets on. The zip up is very soft and cosy and the tees are good quality with a thick neckband and oversized shape which I like. I made some revisions on one of the designs for the colouring detail of my pets, and they did incorporate this with no issues.

No order received after nearly 3 months!
I ordered a jumper on the 11th December and the cut off date for Christmas delivery was the 12th. So I had high hopes of it being delivered on Christmas, however… to this day… still no jumper. I’ve been back and forth on email with customer service team and everytime I get no where and they blame EVRI when it says evri hasn’t even received the parcel yet. Absolutely awful. I don’t like leaving bad reviews on businesses but this experience has been the worst I’ve ever known. I’m thinking I might have been scammed.

Great product but slower delivery than advised
Reached out to the help section as I was ordering with tight time scale. I did receive prompt advice but differences between automated answers and human responses.
The proof preview service link would not let me see the preview so I had to use help again adding further delay so missed target date by a week.
The actual product was lovely. Good quality fleece and cute personalisation…90 year old recipient loved it!
I would use again but would allow a generous delivery window.

Unfortunately the colour I wanted was out of stock, so I chose a different colour. During this time the price of the product went down. I was still charged the original price.

White mark on product, poor communication from company, been asked to clean the white marks off myself
I have been a customer of Lucy and Lola previously with no problems (hence the 2 stars on 24th Feb - changed to 1 star on 27th Feb). My most recent order arrived with white marks on it. I messaged the instagram page on 13th February (same day it was delivered) and I had a reply straight away to email them. I emailed them on the same day and had a generic email back to say they received my email. A week went by and no further emails from them. I emailed again on 20th February and had the same generic email back saying someone would reply. No answer by 23rd February, messaged the instagram account about the issue, no answer from there but they have been posting stories which is a bit irritating. Lucy and Lola if you read this, can you help me please 😩 would like to update this review once I get a reply from Lucy and Lola.
After writing this review, Lucy and Lola have replied to the review. I still haven’t received an email and don’t know how else to contact them if they’re not replying on instagram and if their emails aren’t working 😔
24th Feb - Received an email from a different account that suggested I look at the care instructions (which weren’t attached) to then clean the white marks off the jumper myself. I replied explaining when buying any item from anywhere, I would expect it to have been quality checked before being sent out and should not need cleaning by the customer before first use. This was meant to be a gift for someone and shouldn’t need cleaning/washing before being gifted. 27th Feb - I have had no reply from them in 3 days. Now changed my rating to 1 star. Can this issue please be resolved, Lucy and Lola?

Don’t be shy to ask for changes on your pictures too as you both want it to be your pet and they’ll capture them perfectly
