Clear process and a lovely keepsake.
I ordered a custom pet mug and the whole process was easy to follow. After sending the photo, I received a preview quite quickly and was able to check everything before it was made. The final mug looked very close to the original photo, and the details were handled with care. It felt personal rather than mass-produced, which I appreciated.
