The robot vacuum stopped connecting after a year. I contacted support, and they replied a couple of times with bizarre questions (had nothing to do with my problem), then they just refused to communicate.
Edit: I may have spoken too soon. Lubluelu just contacted me and says they will be sending a replacement. I will update this when they do!
Update: While it did take a few weeks for response and action, Lubluelu did indeed send me a replacement vacuum. Many thanks for that!

Dreadful service
I bought two robot vacs from this company, one had an automatic dust collector. Initially they worked well but then one kept failing to doc and stopped working. Customer service seems fine initially but as soon as it’s obvious they may have to replace something, communications stop. They simply refuse to honour the warranty. Moreover, if you go to their official website, you will only see glowing reports - turns out that they don’t publish feedback below 3 stars!
In summary, this company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with and are bordering on being fraudulent.
"Lubluelu L20 Max" parts/spares/accessories
Love the "Lubluelu L20 Max" robot vacuum cleaner and really good with very long dog hairs and cleaning (brushes might need unhairing after two or three big clearing sessions).
The only issue I have is that there is incomplete information they have on their website with regards to the correct spares/parts for the L20 Max (not same for L20 or L20 Ultra) such as brush roller, side brushes, filters and mops.
After several message queries via their website and Aliexpress over a number of weeks, they eventually confirmed that the parts below were compatible:

All part above fitted OK for a "L20 Max" (Compatible For Lubluelu SG60 SL60 SL60D SL61 / Tikom L9000 / L8000 Parts Main Side Brush Hepa Filter Mop Cloth Accessories)
I am still researching the correct parts for the Dust Bag (already purchased the wrong bag "Lubluelu SL60D/ SL60 Plus/SG60/SL61" is not correct) and will update this review with my finding (should really be on supplier website/aliexpress).
I strongly advised Lubluelu if they are reading the review to please update your information on your website so we can purchase the correct accessories.
The hoover failed after 6 months
The hoover failed after 6 months. Contacted customer support who made me send a video showing the issue. This was 3 weeks ago, I’ve been ignored ever since.
The product looks a great buy, but I strongly advise choosing another brand if you want longevity.
Defective robot SL60D
Multiple issues with my robot which at the start of my complaint was only a couple of months old. I have been complaining since August and been promised a replacement which I am yet to receive, they have now stopped communicating. Shocking customer service don’t buy.

Terrible customer services, bought the robot vacuum direct from their official ebay store, had an issue with the water tank for the mopping, they sent me a dust tank, which cannot hold any water.... Then after multiple messages, they now just ignore me..... If you want any kind of product aftercare or warranty service..... Then based on my experiences, then you might be left feeling let down.

Total scam artists. Had an issue with the water tank, still covered by warranty. Sent several emails and no reply. Eventually they replied and said they would send a new one. One month later several emails without a response from them. I got an email to say it was 'lost in transit' and to order one from Amazon and they will refund me. Sent them the confirmation and still no refund.....

J’ai été extrêmement déçu par le Lubluelu L20 Robot Aspirateur Laveur. Après seulement 4 mois d’utilisation, j’ai dû retourner le produit, et personne ne m’a même demandé le motif du retour. Le processus de remboursement est complètement flou : je ne sais pas si je vais être remboursé, ni combien exactement, surtout si le produit a été utilisé. Ce qui me frustre le plus, c’est qu’aucune solution de remplacement équivalente n’est proposée. En réalité, ce devrait être au vendeur de m’échanger le produit défectueux ou de m’envoyer un modèle équivalent, mais au lieu de ça, je suis obligé d’acheter un autre robot à un prix plus élevé. C’est très frustrant et injuste. Une expérience très décevante qui ne me donne absolument pas envie de recommander ce produit ni ce vendeur.

I purchased a new Lublelue robot vacuum cleaner from a third-party seller on eBay, with the transaction completed through PayPal. To activate and use the vacuum, I was required to register it on the official Lublelue website. Upon successful registration, I received a warranty confirmation and access to their mobile application, which I believed established a direct warranty relationship with the manufacturer.
Approximately 6 months later, the vacuum began to malfunction. I contacted Lublelue's support team, providing all necessary evidence, including video demonstrations. After a prolonged back-and-forth process (multiple rounds of waiting 2-3 weeks for a response and resending videos), the company initially agreed to a repair or replacement.
Unfortunately, after another long wait and my follow-up, I received a final response in which the company denied my warranty claim. Lublelue stated that they would not provide warranty service because the item was purchased from a third-party seller on eBay, not directly from them.
This position from Lublelue is unacceptable. The company requires product registration on its website for the item to be functional and provides a warranty, but then refuses to honor it, citing the place of purchase. The seller fulfilled their obligation by delivering the product. The issue lies with the product itself and the manufacturer's refusal to provide the warranty service they promised.
Conclusion: Be extremely cautious when buying Lublelue products from third-party sellers. The company's electronic warranty may not be valid, and you risk being left with a faulty product without any support.

Had the S60 for a month and out of the blue it just stopped connecting to the wifi. It won't turn on or off.
I've spent hours trying to sort it including following every instruction online. I've emailed support with every step I've taken and they sent a one line response asking me to reset it! I've already done this countless times. It's nearly been a week since I contacted support and I've had one reply so far. It's under warranty and I expect it to be replaced.
Very very poor customer service so far.
Update 11/08/25: I've still had no reply after sending numerous emails. Avoid this company at all costs.

Bought a vacuum/mop robot. It worked for a few months and now it just spins around in circles doing nothing. I have written to customer service three times, without response. Very disappointing!
