Prior to my session with Soraya, I had extreme lack of confidence and self-esteem issues. I wasn’t sure on how to handle it and was constantly low on mood. I also struggled with being social because of it and questioned relationships around me.
During our session, Soraya made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I found out more about myself which is something I’ll always be grateful for. Tapping into the unconscious was a great experience.

Forever grateful

I had a fantastic session with Soraya when we dealt with an issue with lack of self esteem that I had that came down to not being good enough.

Soraya guided me into a very deep relaxation where I was able to access my subconscious mind to actually understand where this feeling came from. Once I understood how I formed this belief when I was a child, Soraya was able to help me eradicate these false beliefs and install better beliefs about myself. This was reinforced with the recording that she made for me. The recording really resonated with me because of the powerful words and images that she described. It made me feel really happy listening to the recording so I listened to it daily with ease. I can say that I'm feeling much more confident after my session with Soraya.
