I had a hypnotherapy session with Soraya for emotional eating. I knew everything about healthy eating and what I was doing wrong but I wasn't able to stop myself from emotional eating which was a risk for my health. So I contacted Soraya to deal with this issue for once and all .
I find Soraya very professional and competent. She made me feel really comfortable and It became really easy for me to open up to her. The session was a huge success, I been able to find the root cause of my emotional eating. The recording is really good. It more than a month since I had the session, I am able to see a huge difference in my eating habits, I am 3 kg lighter and feel relaxe around food . I am more happy now.
I would highly recommend Soraya for any emotional issues. And I wish her best of luck for her work .

My experience with Soraya was amazing. She was very informative about the process, as well as gave great insight and made sure that she was able to make a connection with me so that I could feel comfortable. She implemented the healing vortex with me, to make sure that my body is fully functioning in the proper manner so that healing can take place with everything flowing properly together. I noticed right after the session that I did not have a desire to eat things that I previously ate, I also had much more energy.

I really appreciate and am so grateful for my session around my weight issues with Soraya. I have been struggling with my weight and confusion why it would never stay off since I was about 8… I’m 42 in a month.

Soraya opened and held such a loving and safe space where we could go straight to the root experiences when I was a child and perceived it was my purpose and responsibility of carrying the weight of my loved ones pain and burdens in order to be accepted, loved and enough opposed to just being happy and seen for the beautiful child I was.

Soraya is an amazing therapist. I contact her to get back in control with some weight issues I was having. After our session, I felt incredibly light, as if I had released a lot of heavy energy. After five days of listening her fabulous recording that included everything I asked, I started noticing a change in my energy and body; I feel lighter, less bloated and more in control of my body; It is hard to explain, as whatever I say does not truly describe the feeling. Soraya is very professional, ethical and caring, attributes that I highly consider when we get someone to look after our minds. Soraya’s listening skills are excellent, we feel heard and visible, and she helps and guides us to understand the root and cause of our limited thoughts, empowering us to become free. I had hypnotherapy session with Soraya to resolve my procrastination on things I actually want to do and like to do.
Few days after the session I felt the urge to figure out where i had left off with my course i started with excitement while ago and then didn't open for months. Already that is a big change.

I also think that the session started a healing process in me, because there was a lot of other stuff what popped up in meditation that needed to be let go. Feelings of guilt, shame, fear and humiliation. I got up memories, pictures, sensations and feelings.
It feels like hypno session opened the door to the room where spring-cleaning was really necessary and I had cleaning equipment ready.

Under the session I felt cared for, treated with compassion and understanding 🥰
Right after session I felt lighter and relaxed. It was a really nice experience 🙏

I have always struggled with my earning potential. Until discovering RTT, I just thought I would never be able to earn a certain amount. Soraya helped me to understand that my beliefs were what held me back from creating the income I desire.
During my session, we uncovered where my beliefs started, and I could see that it was something I had developed, I wasn't born with a limit to how much I am worth!
The recording over 21 days has been something I have enjoyed daily, it's a time to relax and let the new beliefs install in my mind.
I can honestly say, I now feel confident that I can set the prices in my business, without worrying I am not worthy of it. I have a better relationship with money in general and talk positively with myself about finances.

I have never tried RTT therapy before and I had very little knowledge of it but Soraya explained to me the technique exhaustively and made sure it was going to be successful. She helped me to find the root of my anxiety and made sure I was able to relax (something I was struggled with) during our session. I felt really looked after and cared for throughout the therapy by Soraya. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it.

My session with Soraya was truly transformative. Together, we delved into my past experiences to uncover the origins of my limiting beliefs. Through our discussions and the implementation of daily, practical steps, I was able to break down the mental barriers that had been holding me back. 21 days ago my levels of anxiety were a solid 10/10. I felt overwhelmed. Today, I'm in a calmer space and the anxiety feels like a perfectly manageable 2/10.

With RTT the root cause of my issue was identified quickly. The subsequent recording that I listen to daily has shifted my mood and I feel so much more stronger. I'm so grateful for Soraya and RTT.

I had a session with Soyara just before I left on an extended family holiday - towards the end of last year.
My family is large, very busy , loud, noisy, nosey and critical, and I had a whole lot of anxiety about spending extended periods of time with them on their terms.

I had a session because I wanted to look after myself during the holiday, take some time for myself, and not be too concerned about historical family judgments.

Soyara is easy to talk to and made some great suggestions and recommendations for things that I could do outside of our session. Not only that , she followed up and sent me the promised information.

My holiday is over, I didn't kill anyone and I am on speaking terms with all of my family - a miracle in its self - after my session with Soraya - I really don't sweat the small family stuff anymore, or worry about living up to their expectations of what I should or shouldn't be busy doing !

I contacted Soraya to give my 14 year old daughter a session, because I was concerned about her lack of confidence. Her lack of self belief was affecting all aspects of her life including holding her back from joining new clubs at school and starting any new activities.

Soraya is an amazing, caring and professional therapist. I had a session because, as a busy mom and professional, I wanted to look after myself but I wasn’t able to do it for one reason or another. We had a great conversation before the session and she also shared with me some ideas and suggestions.
