My location at Formby Point Caravan Park gave me very poor internet access, even after installing the best antenna and router. The LPIS engineer fitted a standard router etc today and it is fantastic.... Näytä lisää

Well what can I say we had our internet…

Well what can I say, we had our internet installed today at the country club in Brean and the guy that came was absolutely 💯 spot on. Great customer service very quick & friendly thank you 😊 so much Jamie & Tracy

Overall good job

Downside we didn’t know that they were coming so communication would have been better. Luckily we had no plans.
Quick service, a big one for me was that he tidied up afterwards. We had “no internet connection” after connection was made apparently this is something that happens when you connect to iPhone. But good service from them in general

Excellent Service

I contacted a very pleasant lady who went through the options available for us. She then informed me that there was already a system installed on our static caravan. I was going to get it replaced but decided against this later in the day. I rang her back & she cancelled the installation & talked me through the process to get the WiFi working. One very happy wife now!!! Also, the speed is fantastic😃

Very Impressed
