Great installation engineer, friendly and helpful. No fuss, got the job done.

When the system worked, it worked well. But during and after bad weather at the site the internet would go down. There ability to fix an issue at any speed was very poor. I had on occasion been told that “we will send an engineer out at the weekend” but this was not true and I got the feeling that they would tell you this as standard whilst knowing it was not a true statement. I never saw an engineer come to site on a weekend! On occasion we were left with no internet for approx 2 weeks and where a phone signal can be poor this was an added problem. During the last 3 weeks the signal has been dropping in and out and is more noticeable in the evening so again not a great service in-fact I would call it garbage at this point. Unfortunately for LPIS, they are losing customers on the site who are choosing to move to starlink that is a far more reliable service. As im writing this review the signal is dropping in and out! I reported this nearly 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been resolved. At this point if you asked me to recommend the service it would be a big NO! This is an honest review and my point of view.

Charged me £25 for 7 days service money went through paypal I have the receipt when logging in again it says credit expired and to pay again!!!!! total scam avoid at all costs!!!! its a good way to make money but totally fraudulent. QB 71. From the initial booking of the installation it was clear why they came recommended. The conversation was clear without any hard sell and a date was organised within that week. The engineer arrived on time, wore shoe protectors and was complete within the hour. So far the signal has been excellent. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Engineer arrived on time and was extremely friendly and helpful. Explained everything as he went along. Immaculate job completed and wifi up and working really well. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank LPIS for their quick service, I only phone over the weekend and it was done today which is very quick for us. Which will help my Grandchildren who suffer with Autism and ADHD

This company have been very helpful and have done their best to help me two years ago when my caravan was destroyed in Storm Ashliegh suspending my payments until I got my replacement van,then connecting back up with no further charges. Staff are always pleasant and extremely helpful.
