Amazing from start to finish..couldn't ask for any better service,
Our salesman was Philip. Top bloke, gave us a good run through all the workings on the van. Showed us all the things it had .. told us a few good tips too..
We went to the shop there where the staff were very knowledgeable our lady who served us was Wendy.. she knew alot about all sorts.. pointed us in the right direction too..
We stayed on the rally field which was free and had electric set up.. we were very excited to get going in our van.. its been a good experience and we can't wait to go in our van again.. holidays here we come.

So had to visit Lowdhams regarding works to damage on my Motorhome I received a full breakdown of the damage within a week and had Authorisation back to Lowdhams from my insurers as well on Friday. In this time I was looked after very professionally I must say by Kiran in the Service Department, Richard in the Repair workshop and Amelia in the ordering of parts for the works in the Warranty Department, they told me how the works will be carried out, once all the parts were in and how long it would take to completion, this put my mind at rest and I am happy to say the Company should be very proud of their staff in the way my experience has been, I have had many bad experiences with companies in the past but in this case 5* is well deserved

Good detailed and patient handover and concerns and queries answered promptly.

A very friendly and helpful team right through from reception (the meet and greet with an offer of a coffee on arrival always works with us) through to sales and service. Our Malibu Two Room van was delayed by a few months for reasons outside Lowdham's control and routine updates on progress that didn't require us chasing would have meant 5 stars. However, everything else was excellent including the handover, the use of a temporary loan van while we waited for ours to be delivered, an overnight stay on handover day and the staff in the accessories shop and cafe. Stuart and Paul both were very informative and attentive whenever we had a query. Ryan's advice during the van prep was also very helpful regarding GasLow. We would buy from them again based on our experience to date.

Fantastic service by Jamie when purchasing our campervan. Gave advice & supported us through our purchase keeping us informed throughout. So grateful to have the opportunity to stay over in the Rally field to make sure everything was ok & any snags were fixed straight away all supervised by Jamie, you are a credit to the company, thank you so much, Andy & Vanessa Wilson

Everything was really easy. Absolutely no pressure. We couldn't collect the van when scheduled so they just moved the date, no hassle. Sandra was wonderful from start to handover. She explained everything clearly, checked everything and didn't rush us and has provided excellent after sales.

The sales man was very good and very helpful from the start to finish.

The level of service we received from Nathan at Lowdhams was first class. He kept in touch regularly while we were waiting for our van and has provided an exceptional service after we received it. We would recommend Lowdhams to anyone for their great environment, good choice of vans and friendly and helpful staff.

Popped into Lowdhams service centre today unannounced with a water issue on the motorhome.

We had waited 8 months for the delivery of the vehicle. Which appears normal for a European campervan at the moment. Hand over was good and we stayed in the rally field for two nights to help understand the vehicle before leaving. We had a few user problems which the staff were happy to come and explain where we were going wrong. Might even buy my next van from them.

The salesman, Kevin Holms, was excellent and went well out of his way to look after us. Very happy with the service and the motorhome we purchased.

The salesman Kirby was excellent from start to finish a credit to Lowdhams. All the staff were helpful and always polite.

Sandra was excellent throughout. Fantastic hand over and all round valued member of the caravan team.

We were impressed from our initial meeting at the showroom. All the staff were great however Stuart literally went the extra mile during our test drive to help us choose the right vehicle. He invested a lot of his time keeping us up to date from ordering our Sunlight Cliff to delivery. Also a huge thanks to Shirley who did our handover, very professional and lovely to chat with. Finally, spending the first night on Lowdhams rally field to check everything out was a great bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was straight forward.The deal was struck over the phone and my wife and I went up to Nottingham from the south to see Gordon Whitehead the sales executive who was excellent in all ways. We went up a couple of weeks later to collect the motorhome. We met up with Paul who did the handover who again was very efficient and Gordon even came in on his day off to make sure the handover went smoothly. We would highly recommend Lowdhams.

Shocking customer service. Quick enough to sell you a van but not quick enough to sort any issues. Been waiting over 7 months now for replacement parts, which they damaged themselves whilst working on a different fault. Contradicting advice from different staff members. One stating our van is ‘not fit for purpose’ and another stating some issues are fine when they aren’t. My surrogate parents have been treated appallingly, both suffered with severe depression because of the stress. They just want what they deserve within their rights. As they are so stressed, I’ve had to take over fighting with Lowdhams with help from Trading Standards. I have no option now but to go above Lowdhams in hope of a resolution.

Massive thanks to all the staff at Lowdham's, I bought my first camper van from the ever help full Stuart, lots of help from Adam and Jamie also.

Can't thank everyone enough . . . see you all soon.

Once we were able to get to speak to Kiran in the service department things got moving and Martin & Jake fixed all our snagging issues . Thanks guys
