THEY ARE SCUM SCAMMERS!!! Product never delivered, even though they keep responding to my inquiry emails saying they have to check with their "logistics company for verification." It's been 6 weeks since I placed my order (Nov. 6, 2023). When you try to track your order, the wording is in Chinese, or whatever Asian language that is. Good thing my order was under $50. Something HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS "FAKE ONLINE STORE."

Do not order from this company. My order was delayed , so I reached out to them. They replied it was delivered and provided me with a tracking number. When I looked it up, yeah it was delivered, the problem was it was the WRONG STATE. Now they wouldn't respond

Scam company....avoid avoid avoid. They steal your money and you NEVER receive your items.

ALLA LARGA DA QUESTA GENTAGLIA. Ho ordinato un albero di Natale all'inizio di novembre, hanno fornito un tracking code per China post o per 17track, ho seguito i movimenti, ma alla fine mi si diceva che era stato consegnato quando non era vero. Ho scritto all'indirizzo di service, una prima volta mi hanno detto di attendere che era in consegna, la seconda volta, dopo che risultava consegnato, di chiedere ai miei familiari se avevano ritirato, figuriamoci! Non forniscono né la compagnia italiana per la consegna, né il tracking della stessa. Alla richiesta di esibire una prova di consegna o di fornire la compagnia di trasporti che consegna in Italia per China Post, hanno fatto finta di niente insistendo sul fatto che il pacco è stato consegnato. Sul pagamento tramite carta viene fuori che ho pagato a TITA CYP, evidentemente sono a Cipro. Bloccata carta, chiesto rimborso alla compagnia della stessa e ciao. NON COMPRATE NULLA DA QUESTA BANDA DI LADRI!!!

Awful Customer Sevice. I ordered a laptop table. After 6 weeks I still hadn’t received it. Since then I’ve sent numerous emails explaining that I hadn’t received it. They kept telling me that there tracking system showed it had been delivered. BUT it wasn’t delivered here!!! They can’t show me proof of delivery but they are insistent that I’ve received it. Customer service is an absolute joke, there is no helpful service. If it’s cheap it’s probably a scam. Don’t waste your money at this website!!!

Scam artists. Purchased a Christmas tree and nothing arrived. Credit card statement shows pet store supplies from Canada. Thieves

This is a very bad supplier. He stoles his customers and says that he has delivered the goods. I ordered on Oct 10th a LapTop Bed Tray Desk; I had a lot of troubles to contact the company; I payed USD 21.96 via credit card and supplied a mail and a phone number to contact me. I had to contact the company to obtain the tracking number and then I've been notified, via the tracking that the objet had been delivered while it WAS NOT TRUE . Since then, they insist that the parcel has been delivered but are unable to give me a tracking number of the French Post, as far as the China Post doesn't deliver directly to destination in France ! They are dishonests and liars ! I suggest that you never order anything. Regards Alex
