Ich habe im November 23 einen Notebooktisch über Pinterest bestellt und bezahlt. Erhalten habe ich ihn trotz mehrfachem Schriftverkehr nicht. Angeblich wäre er im Dezember an mich ausgeliefert worden und ich hätte auch unterschrieben den Tisch erhalten zu haben. Dann wollte man ihn mir noch einmal zuschicken….. Heute ist der 15. 03. 2024 und nein , kein Notebooktisch! Das ist Betrug und ich werde es zur Anzeige bringen.

Total scam of course. Should have known.

Waited a long time to get my purchase. China Post tracking says that USPS delivered it to my home. I did not receive it; sometimes it gets delivered to the wrong house due to similar street names and duplicate house numbers in our neighborhood. I asked Lovetita customer service to get the USPS tracking number and 6 weeks later they've done nothing. Do not buy from these crooks!

Es una estafa. Tras hacer la compra de una “laptop bed tray desk with led” (que vi en un anuncio de Pinterest) nunca recibí el correo de confirmación. No pude cancelar el pago a través de mi banco y el producto obviamente no me llegó. Me puse en contacto con ellos por mail pero dicen que no les consta mi pedido (pero tienen mi dinero!!)

Terrible company - never shipped my product - total scam - says they delivered it - but won’t say on what date, where delivered to & what tracking number is.

They know if they tell you to “just be patient” that you order is being processed - the credit card company can’t deny charges after 60 days

This company is a SCAM bought 2 items in Dec.2023 and never received any merchandise. They took my money , I emailed them with no response should have known better co in Hong Kong. Warning do not order from those crooks!

This company now seem to be branding themselves as Beruop but still seem to be using the lovetita.com domain. I’d give them 0 stars if Trustpilot would let me!
I ordered the Laptop Bed Tray Desk, they took payment but didn’t send an email confirmation and I never received the item like seemingly so many others. They also didn’t reply to the email I sent to the customer service address. The fact they’re rebranding just seems to indicate they’re trying to dump the lovetita name, likely because of all the terrible reviews. Just avoid them.

Estafadores, dicen que te lo han enviado , te mandan un seguimiento mediante un código. Luego si en que lo han entregado pero es mentira. No compres NUNCA AQUÍ.

It's scam,I never received my orders. No response to my emails, they burned me for alot of money. Don't ever order from them!!!!

Bisher kein Stern. Habe 2 Tablet-Tische via Pinterest bestellt, bezahlt 58,52€ (vom Konto überwiesen am 29.12.23) und nichts bisher (31.1.24) bekommen. Ändere die Bewertung, sobald ich die Bestellung erhalte. Bisher vermute ich = Fake-Shop!

J’aurais dû lire ces commentaires avant de commander de cette compagnie. Je n’ai jamais reçu mon achat et les nombreux courriels échangés arguaient que le colis avait bien été livré mais sans preuve…
je ne sais pas si j’ai des recours, mais Lovelita n’a jamais assuré la livraison de mon achat mais a encaissé mon argent et rien n’indique que j’obtiendrai compensation de leur part. C’est une arnaque. NE JAMAIS COMMANDER DE CETTE COMPAGNIE SANS ASSURANCE DE REMBOURSEMENT.

There are so many reviews that this company is a scam; it is. Don't order from them! They never sent my order and lied that it was sent and received by someone in my house. Just stay away and never look back.

dopo numerosi tentativi di dialoghi per la consegna.. mi dicevano che e già consegnato.. poi dicono che la consegnano di nuovo..e poi risulta di nuovo consegnato che non ho mai ricevuto.. alla fine ho chiesto la prova di consegna e mi rispondono "Dear customer, we are sorry to learn that you have not received the package. We will feedback it to the logistics company for verification. However, due to the complicated query process, it usually takes 5-10 working days to get the result. Please wait patiently. We will notify you as soon as the results are available." fino adesso non ho ricevuto niente.. e un Truffatore.....

I wished I read comments befor I ordered, why I ended up googling this company, when I placed order, normally I get confirmation from whoever I’ve ordered from, but not this company, screen dumped order. So it’s looks like I’m not going to get my goods, awe well another scam…. I’ll let you all know updates, as I’m going to take it further….let’s see what excuses they give me!

My experience is similar to others who have written about Lovetita. I ordered a LapTop Bed Tray Desk in November but have received nothing. The firm says the item was delivered on 21st December. It wasn't!. There is no user friendly way of following this up. I have in the past received other items from China without a problem.
I now find I could have got this same item from Amazon or EBay.

Ho ordinato un albero di Natale il 6 di novembre, hanno fornito un codice per il tracciamento, utilizzato in varie occasioni, finchè, il 15 dicembre 2023, risultava essere stato consegnato, cosa dimostrabilmente mai avvenuta, in quanto all'indirizzo di consegna vi è la presenza h24 di personale. Ho contattato l'indirizzo di service: una prima volta mi hanno detto di attendere che era in consegna, la seconda volta, dopo che risultava già consegnato, mi veniva comunicato che procedevano alla verifica di quanto accaduto e attendere un a loro risposta. Ad oggi, non ho mai ricevuto nè dettagli, nè alcuna risposta e/o rimborso.
Attenzione truffa!!!

Do not order from this company, first they say fast shipping and believe me it was not, secondly they lose my delivery and I cannot find it anywhere, they use the aftership service which shows my parcel has gone to Scotland somewhere, customer service is absolutely terrible, what a scam, and lots see now if they refund me, will post to update

Ich warte seit Wochen auf einen Weihnachtsbaum, der angeblich geliefert wurde, ich ihn aber nie erhalten habe. Finger weg von diesem Laden, nur alles Betrug.

FRAUD-not sent the product until now..

Ho acquistato un albero di Natale e dal tracking risultava consegnato il 15 Dicembre 2023 alle ore 11:17 guardo l’orologio e erano le 10:10 mi sono chiesto ma come mai quindi mai ricevuto ho chiesto di inviarmi il POD della spedizione per capire dove è stato consegnato e chi ha firmato, mi mandano il riepilogo del tracking e cosa ne faccio ho chiesto anche che la spedizione è stata effettuata da china post ma chi è il corriere che dice di aver consegnato il pacco niente . Ma se io spedisco con qualsiasi corriere quando consegnano mi comunicano che la consegna è stata effettuata ALLORA mi raccomando LOVETITA.COM PER ME E UNA TRUFFA
