I’ve been terrified of the dentists
for a long time. A few friends recommended love teeth as they had positive experiences so I made an appointment. I have to say everyone was so lovely and caring. The dentist and nurse explained everything so clearly from the procedure to the price. I felt really reassured and calm. I have had some treatment since and I can say I was surprised at how smooth the appointments have gone. Very happy patient!

I had the ABC package at love teeth and it’s the best thing I have ever done , within 9 months I had the perfect smile ! Micheal was amazing such a perfectionist and the dental surgery is very glam I loved my experience ! Thank you love teeth 🙏🏻

I had my composite bonding done by Dr Michal and I’m over the moon by them!! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly from the receptionist to the nurse to the lovely lady that saw me to co-ordinate my appointments. Defo recommend love teeth if you want any cosmetic work. Will be coming back for my routine checks ups too! Thank you again love teeth!

Without a doubt this dentist is from another world.
The quality of service from reception, nurses, dentists and treatment coordinator is simply of an immense quality.
I made an appointment with Dr.Kunal for a smile assessment. I couldn't be happier with the consultation.
Everything was explained to me in detail, and his assistant was very attentive and light-handed when doing my 3D scan, where everything was easier to understand what he was explaining to me.

All my dental follow-up is through them. Annual appointments, treatments and hygienists, I couldn't be happier with the dentist I chose for me and my family.
The entire staff is wonderful, not to mention the clinics, which are extremely clean and aesthetically beautiful (I don't even feel like I'm at the dentist). A big thank you to all the staff for making my visits to the dentists always bright, calm and extremely comfortable. 🫶🏻

because they do not love your teeth avoid at all costs please!
there are so many better dentist cleaner, caring, around they really don’t care about your teeth they employ people from sales.
So on 02/01/2023 I had 2 implants put in my lower jaw one on each side of my mouth done by Dr Emanuele Clozza who was recommended by my dentist unfortunately one of the implants got infected I kept calling and Turing up at the dentist because I was in so much pain and discomfort from the left side when informing loveteeth they stated it’s normal I told them it’s burning it’s not infected they kept on saying giving me more pain killers.
The infection to my implant was not my problem it’s the fact I kept informing you about it and you kept saying it was normal it’s fine.
I have a pictures of my face to prove it and I look like the elephant man.
I was in pain coming back & forth to dentist appointments completely and utterly getting mugged off by these loveteeth guys more bone graft put in my mouth. C.T scans I was not able to work for 3 months then Dr Emanuele Clozza said I need to remove two perfectly good teeth and he wants to perform a bridge in place I said what I only wanted 2 implants now you want to run a experiment on me you want me to have a bridge so i want sure if I was being mugged off so I went to Wimbledon to the ridgeway for a 2nd opinion no way dr Aron said to me went to my dentist who happens to work at loveteeth what a unlucky guy I know. he said none them teeth are coming out they are perfectly fine then went to a place where loveteeth referred me to in Wimbledon because I was adamant Dr Clozza was lying I went to the dental rooms again in Wimbledon saw Dr Dev Patel what a lovey gentleman highly recommend this place in Wimbledon village they are about to fix love teeth mess he also recommended not to take the two healthy teeth out to perform a bridge so when I explained this to Carol she said okie dokie nothing she can do I said I’m looking to use another dentist because this is unacceptable okie dookie she replied this is not a good response so I think I’ll see you in court hope you guys keep up the reviews on love teeth as they are an awful company at the very least.

Just to add - the first time love teeth referred me to another dentist (Morden dentist) they did not PAY they put the referral through as a NHS referral and it got DECLINED because they do not accept NHS REFERRALS.
The second time love teeth referred me to Wimbledon the dental rooms they did not pay yet again for my treatment plan and I am still getting chased by the dental rooms for payment so are you able to clarify what you did pay for?
Because you did not pay for my appointment or treatment plan at any dentist you referred me to. I am not aggressive or rude, I am completely shocked with the treatment I have received. I am autistic which you are aware of and you are taking advantage of this by treating me like an imbecile.
I continuously told your staff that I was in excruciating pain and you did not believe me or care in the slightest. You ignored me and my pain which resulted in a seriously bad infection which I then had to have ANOTHER BONE GRAFT and more pain, suffering and time off work, loss of earnings! Thanks

I write this review to advise you not to use this practice.

Despite an agreed quote and schedule of treatment, Love Teeth moved us from one practice to another; didn't pass on information from one Dentist to another; refused to provide an image of how their work would ultimately look, despite having an Ipad in Reception to do this; changed appointments at short notice; tried to change the agreed quote upwards; and then decided they didn't want to do the work agreed and said to find another Dentist.

If none of the above bothers you, then go ahead with them. Don't say you haven't been warned.

Oh and if Love Teeth claim this review is a lie (as they do with other negative reviews on here) I have the documentary evidence to show its true.

I would like to share my experience with Love Teeth.

I approached Love Teeth to resolve a large gap between my top two front teeth and a large chip on one of those teeth. After useful discussion, a total quote was agreed for a frenectomy and composite bonding. However, after the frenectomy, Love Teeth tried to increase the agreed quote despite previous verbal agreement that the quote covered all the work required. I was transferred to a different branch of Love Teeth, and met a different dentist who clearly had no background information on the work that had been agreed. The sales technique used at the Stonecot practice was overbearing and very pushy, especially when we had just been given new information and a more expensive quote. As a reassurance I asked for a photo of the final result which included laser gum surgery and was told that this wasn't possible, yet in their reception they have an app on an iPad that does this for you within minutes. I then asked for a photo of what my teeth will look like after the composite bonding without laser gum surgery, and was told this would be possible. However, two days after speaking to someone on the phone who assured me this photo would be sent when possible, I received an email and a voicemail stating that management had decided not go ahead with the work on my teeth, and suggested I find an alternative dentist. They have sent me all of my notes which upon reading, are not representative of the conversations that were had. It seems to me that because I asked questions about my treatment plan for reassurance purposes, Love Teeth decided against me as a client.

The entire experience with this practice was incredibly disappointing.

Had it taken off and told by Kunal the owner he’d redo it .
I had to cancel due to personal circumstances, no one bothered to contact me for over 3 months . I left a review clearly the company can’t deal with complaints.
Kunal the owner now saying anything I have done is chargeable please bear in mind I’ve paid FOR THE ABC PACKAGE !!
Disgusting disgusting customer service .
