Great little company! I ordered a bracelet and anklet, prices were so reasonable and the jewellery is so lovely, was delivered really quickly, well packaged and the owner clearly takes pride in providing great products and service, will definitely order again!

Bought a bracelet for my step daughter for her birthday which broke straight away. I sent emails for this to get solved and 2 months later still no reply! Awful customer service! Won't use again nor recommend this awful company!

I purchased 2 Sales bracelets paying by Klana. Although they were lovely they were too small and did not fit me. I reached out by phone and email to ask if available in a larger size and if not to provide return information as there was nothing with the order just a thank you card for purchase.. The owner Emma replied to say these were not sold in larger sizes but with no information. I went to the main website and found a company address and returned by post on 15 May 2025. Sending an email to Emma the owner with the order number to tell her had returned the bracelets this was on 21 May expecting a reply to confirm arrival there was no reply. Now Klana have refused my refund request saying saying there is no valid proof of return. Lovely Eira will now be getting payment for items i have returned. There help in this matter to me as a customer has been Zero.

The first bracelet was faulty. I emailed Emma and received a very apologetic reply and ensured she would send a replacement at the end of the month. I received it today and no issues. Thank you Emma 😊 another satisfied customer.

I ordered a bracelet,lt arrived today and I am really pleased,firstly as it’s really nice and a very good price.Secondly l have MS and can find it very difficult doing up clasps and the like on jewellery as l haven’t got a good grip on things,l didn’t know this until it arrived but the clasp is magnetic so was quite easy for me to do up,a bonus. I will be looking at more items on this site and I hope to purchase more things.Thank you.

I ordered a pair of silver earrings and a bracelet from Little Eira after seeing the advert on Instagram. They arrived the next day I couldn’t believe it. They both were reduced and a great price. The little dangly silver heart earrings are gorgeous and so light well worth the £8 however the bracelet was very cheap at £5 and unfortunately broke after a few days of wearing as it was so thin. Overall I’m happy with the service.

I ordered a bad in December but was sent the wrong colour (and a really ugly colour too so won't be using it!) I emailed several times but never heard back. They pride themselves on being a small independent business but they're just as bad as the low-budget online stores. Very disappointed

I ordered a bag in the summer. The lining was poor quality and plasticky, but the bag was nice so I kept it. Very soon the tassel that glides the zip came off and recently the strap has broken away from the bag, both are unfixable. I emailed them twice but have heard absolutely nothing. Very disappointed.
