Would give zero stars if I could. How this company is still operating is beyond me. Booked a hotel that advertised an adult only rooftop pool and a week before I was due to depart I learned that the pool was closed for maintenance. As this was the sole reason I booked this hotel I contacted love holidays to ask if I could relocate to another hotel. They literally gave me the run around right up until the day before I was due to depart then proceeded to tell me the pool was “seasonal” as if May isn’t “seasonal” and there was nothing they could do as I needed to contact them 5 days before departure even though I had spoke to them daily for a week! Basically it was “tough” I learned a valuable lesson and in future will always book hotels direct with the option of cancelling. And Love Holidays don’t bother replying with your usual “oh contact us and we’ll help” we both know you couldn’t care less.

I’m absolutely delighted with my dress from love cherish . The quality, style, and fit are amazing, and the customer service was so friendly and helpful. I felt fantastic wearing it and got so many compliments. Highly recommend this lovely boutique for anyone looking for something special!

Excellent customer service whether that be online purchases, returns or over the phone purchases. The girls are friendly, helpful and honest in their advice. The store is warm, welcoming and beautiful.

Clothes are lovely but the return policy needs to be looked at asap , returned a pant recently cost me €9 postage .
Would put me off purchasing again .

Received the top and I really like the fit. I was disappointed as two of the buttons were extremely loose and one of the loops wasn’t switched to the top. I had to sew all these items myself as I needed this top for an event, didn’t have time to return/exchange.
