Superb shoes at a great price. They are so comfortable .. I can't usually where anything with a heel, but these look and feel good.

Customer service was excellent but had I known the item was made in china and not uk… the quality was poor the best was baggy at the neck and it’s not swimming material.

Extremely disappointing experience with Love Bloom Boutique. My mistake was not checking TrustPilot before ordering.

I contacted Love Bloom Boutique within three days of receiving my order (delivered 22 May 2026) to request a return and full refund. Three pairs of shoes were not acceptable: one pair had poor stitching and quality issues, and the other two pairs did not fit as expected and were too small to wear - I could not even fasten the straps, making them unwearable.

I provided photos as requested showing poor product quality and fit. Rather than initiating the return process, the company continued with different suggested resolutions, starting with: a 15% discount on my next order; reshipment in same then different size; 100% voucher of same value for next order; 70% discount offered 26th June which I refused again as I had throughout our communication asking for items to be returned and to be provided a full refund as goods were not as described and I did not have confidence in the quality or fit of the products.

Despite my original refund request being made within days of delivery, after a prolonged period of communication, reviews and alternative resolutions being discussed, I was then told on July 1st that I was outside their 30-day return period with nothing offered. I explained that any delay was due to the ongoing correspondence and the return process not being progressed, rather than any delay on my part.

After I advised that I would escalate the matter, requesting a chargeback through my bank, the company responded that a chargeback could take 30–60 days and that the outcome was not guaranteed for me and if the bank ruled in their favour, they would no longer be able to issue a refund directly to me. They then offered a further 45% discount voucher for my next order to avoid the uncertainty of a formal dispute process! They followed a few days later with a final email that they would escalate the case to their Dispute Resolution Support Team and contact me within the next 24 to 48 hours.

No shock that nothing happened. I have since initiated a chargeback from my bank. Avoid this company at all costs, not only due to the disappointment with both the quality of the shoes but also the way my refund request was handled.

Scam. Poor quality products, no returns as you have to pay for shipping to the US which is more than the cost of the items. Offered a 30% refund then told my payment method wasn’t compatible with their refunds, Apple Pay so just a lie. No replies now despite me emailing them multiple times. Avoid.

Love what I have purchased. Unfortunately one of the items was damaged. I emailed in and I had a replacement posted out to me. Had no problems at all. I will definitely order more from this business.

We ordered a letter box flower delivery they came beautifully packaged and after a few days opened to a lovely display very pleased with the quality of the flowers and would definitely order again 😊
